Great stay

Best stay in La Valencia Resort

The house was better than the described and was well furnished. Communication with Leigh Ann was prompt. Our family said this was the "Best House" in our 5 vacation stays at La Valencia. Would return for a future stay.

Well appointee and super convenient

It was very clean, very cute, very well supplied and great access to the beach. Leigh Anne was super helpful and the neighborhood felt safe. The sheets were all microfiber and the dishwasher wasn't great so we hand washed more than we would prefer on vacation but otherwise perfect.

AWESOME PLACE AND BEAUTIFUL LOCATION

THE VILLA WAS LARGE, BEAUTIFUL AND HAD THE MOST "EXTRAS" I HAVE EVER SEEN IN A RENTAL LIKE NICE BEACH CHAIRS, UMBRELLA, WAGON, VARIOUS TOYS FOR THE BEACH SO NOT HAVING TO BRING ALL THAT EXTRA WITH YOU IS SO COOL. MASTER BED WAS COMFORTABLE AND I DIDNT WANT TO GET OUT OF IT. CLOSE TO SHOPPING AND EATING. WALK TO BEACH EASY. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS.

Awesome Vacation!!!

The property was amazing! It felt like home and was very well stocked with all the essentials you need. Leigh Ann was great! Beautiful place so close to the beach!

A very nicely-decorated town home with all the comforts of home. Three bedrooms with big beds and full bathrooms were a big plus. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch every evening with a glass of wine. The beach was beautiful and the restrooms and pool on the beach were super convenient. We will definitely return to this place. Loved everything about it!

Wonderful beach trip in this great townhouse!

This home has it all! We loved the beachy decor and we had plenty of space for our family. It was so great to have a full bathroom for each of the bedrooms, and especially having a nice queen bedroom/bath on the ground floor. Nice Jacuzzi type tub in the master bath! The large kitchen is beautiful and we loved the open floor plan as well. We will be back!

Spacious and comfortable, very nice, clean, well stocked.

The home has everything you need including toiletries, soaps, wash & dryer, towels, beach chairs and plenty of cooking utensils. I like that the bedrooms were upstairs, so if you wake up before everyone else you can go to the living room or kitchen without waking anyone up. There is also a full bath down stairs. The beach isn’t far, 5 minute walk!

Beautiful and comfortable home! Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at the spacious and comfortable Southern Charm! We love that it is a gated community and it was less than a minute walk across 30 to gated pool (with rest rooms) right on the beach. It as never crowded - plenty of room for the kids to play games on the beach, and close enough if needed to go back to the house for something real quick. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds are very comfortable. Publix, Winn Dixie and CVS was a mile one way and the Carousel Grocery was a mile the other way-great prices. We can't wait to stay there again next year!!

Paradise!

Beautiful property in a quiet area of PCB just a short walk to the pool & beach. Home was clean & comfortable with lovely decor. Plenty of room to spread out & all the amenites you could want. Communication with Leigh Ann, the owner, was fantastic. Thoughtful touches like beach chairs, wagon, & canopy were provided. Beautiful, uncrowded beach & emerald waters. Couldn't have asked for a better experience from start to finish!

Another wonderful trip to Panama City

This is our 2nd trip to Panama City. We have stayed both times at "Southern Charm". It's a lovely, spacious home just steps from the beach. A very nice gated community. After numerous trips to Myrtle Beach, Ocean City, cruises and even the Bahamas , our children now refuse to go anywhere else😁 Panama City is beautiful . We will see you again soon. Angelia

Wonderful!!!

This home is BEAUTIFUL. It was perfect for us. Very clean and extremely comfortable. All three beds were comfy, as well as the couch (strictly for napping). To be honest all the bedrooms felt like they were master suites. Excellent communication with the owner who was extremely accommodating. We will be back again, and again, and again.

Excellent Beach Week!

My family LOVED staying at this beach home. It was spacious and fit our family of 4 great, with both of our teenagers having a private bedroom and bathroom. The house was very clean and welcoming. Leigh Ann went above and beyond, even helping us with suggestions on things to do in the area. The house is a short walk to the beach, and because there is a wagon (with 4 beach chairs & spacious beach tent) provided, it's an easy process to get there and feel comfortable. The house is in a really good location - close enough to the grocery store/restaurants but far enough away that it's not crowded or loud. We felt very safe in the gated community and at the private beach (keypad entry). Highly recommend.

Absolutely gorgeous town home!!!!

This property was everything we hoped for and more. The master suite was very nice and roomy. There was plenty of room for 8 people(4adults and 4 kids) to maneuver around one another. With so many children we're always looking for somewhere to stay so we can cook most nights and make breakfast...the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to do so. We had an issue with the downstairs bedroom losing power during our stay but maintenance was great with fixing the issue. It was a short walk to the beach which we didn't mind. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!!!

Great Family Stay

Our family made our first trip to the gulf side for a family vacation and was fantastic. Leigh Ann was great to work with to get a twin bed for our granddaughter. The place is in great shape and enjoyed all of the amenities. The beach chairs and toys for the kids. The beach in that area was not busy at all. Will look to stay again in 3 years. Jim.

Relaxing week with family

The house was clean and well stocked. Although we brought our own beach towels, chairs and toys- these items were available for our use. Any questions were answered promptly by Leigh Ann. It is very convenient to the beach and beachside pool- it’s a great location inside a gated neighborhood. Many in this community are residents so it is a quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend this house! We will be back.

Loved our stay!

We highly recommend this place! Very clean and beautiful, and the beds were very comfortable as well (including the pull out couch and hideaway bed the children slept on). The owner was kind and always quick to respond to any questions I had! We appreciated the well appointed kitchen. It was a short, easy walk to the pool/beach and it was never crowded in those areas any of the times we were there. Will definitely look to staying here again!

Southern Charm truly lives up to her name! We were just a quick walk to the beach. We blessed to stay at Southern Charm June 2022. The townhouse, water and weather were all absolutely gorgeous! The villa/townhouse is very roomy. The bedrooms are absolutely adorable too—so comfortable. Our family (5) all stayed there and there was plenty of room! We typically get a smaller place with a beach view but honestly having the extra personal spaces made for an even better vacation! Our daughter used the rollaway and said it was really nice! Trust me she’d tell you if it wasn’t!😜
