Holiday feet in the water !!! Located 200m from the beach of socoa, we rent a T2 of 32m ² for 4 people in the residence of tourism Fort Socoa on the 2nd and last floor with elevator, apartment oriented south west.
(It's a T2 with separate bedroom, it's not the studio format!)
Located 200m from the beach of Socoa as well as local shops, restaurants, the secure Residence has a swimming pool, baby pool, outdoor games, games room, with night security and bicycle storage.

Bedroom with double bed 140 (mattress changed in 2017) equipped with a storage cupboard
Living room with 2 sofas convertible into beds 90 * 220
Flat screen TV
Equipped kitchenette (fridge, hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, cookware)
Bathroom with bath / shower.
Separate WC
A balcony terrace with garden furniture 4 pers
Reduction possible for a stay of 2 consecutive weeks.
Outside July, stay possible of 3 night minimum. Consult me for availability and rates.
