Nestled against the foothills of Thunderbird Conservation Park, Arrowhead Ranch is a large community in Glendale, Arizona. Developed in five phases between 1998 and 2012, homebuyers are greeted with a varied selection of attached and single-family homes, some of which offer scenic waterfront or mountain views. In addition to beautiful homes, homeowners in Arrowhead Ranch can look forward to an exciting lineup of shared amenities. This community also boasts a prime location near shopping, dining, entertainment, and recreation options.

Elite Weather Pool Heater Guarantee:

Splash. Thinking of booking October 15-April 15? The weather in Arizona can be quite volatile this time of year. There may be soaring heats over 100 degrees or temps that can drop below 50 degrees. This home is equipped with a heat pump, reel and cover. The heat pump that is responsible for heating the pool is at full efficiency if the weather stays above 50 degrees allowing the pool to get to a comfortable swimming temp of 85 degrees. Should you want the pool heated, please book with that option now. As your reservation date approaches, should you find the temps heading below 50 degrees you can make a final decision if you wish the pool to be heated based on weather conditions. We can refund the pool heat fees should you be concerned about not being able to enjoy this amenity as intended.

This pool is equipped with a heated pool and pool heating is optional. The cost for pool heat is $70.20 per day. Should the home be equipped with a spa or hot tub, the cost to heat the spa or hot tub is included in the rental amount year round.

City Code Enforcement:

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $3000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

Air Conditioning: Please note A/C cannot go below 70 degrees as this freezes out the units and causes issues. For stays of over 30 nights, an electricity cap has been determined as presented in your rental agreement.

Comfortable Home
Very nice and comfortable home. Pictures are accurate. There is a mister in front of patio, blow up rafts for pool, and Showtime and Netflix was provided. The pool is shaded this time of year in the late afternoon which made it nice. And lights reflecting off the pond in the evenings were beautiful. Great location close to everything. We stayed 8 days in the heat of summer and had a wonderful time.

House was very clean and the view out back was beautiful. Only down side was the pool. There had apparently been a wind storm a few day prior and the pool was dirty and auto chlorine float was empty. We did contact the manager on Wednesday and asked if someone could come out cuz the pool was cloudy. The guy never showed til mid day Saturday so by then it was pretty dirty. (It rained Sunday and we left Monday so didn’t even use the pool). Pool guy stated he was never contacted to come out. So obviously a miscommunication,

The house is absolutely gorgeous. It is well decorated and equipped with everything you would need. We enjoyed the pool each night after it cooled off a little. We would definitely stay here again.

This home is much more spacious than you can even tell online. I stayed there alone but the house would certainly comfortably hold multiple people. Nicely appointed.

This home has so much to offer I simply can't say it all. Sitting on a lake with a real pool of 9 ft. Automation everywhere. Decor is modern and of excellent quality. The outside pool area lighting is of a 5 star hotel. Even misters for those extra hot days. Nothing has been missed for your stay down to the smallest details. A fully stocked kitchen appliance and cookware. Waffle robes to lounge in , WiFi, and 3 flatscreen TV's. The perfect home for a short weekend getaway or a long term stay !

Sack Dr Glendale - AMAZING
Where do I start? Our stay in May 2023 exceeded our expectations. The pictures are fantastic but in person it is just amazing. The home is huge! So many little touches that you do not typically get in a rental - real hangers in the closet, night lights and robes to name a few. There was a welcome gift with snacks - again not typical. I always bring my own supplies like garbage bags, soap, shampoo and on. It was nice to have them on hand if we ran out of ours. The home is clean and very, very comfortable. Games for the family and extended cable. The pool was super clean and very well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of towels. The A/C was perfect on those hot, hot days. We did a lot of cooking and had everything we needed. The outdoor furniture was plenty and comfy. Sitting on the covered patio with a ceiling fan (it was over 100 a few days) watching the birds, ducks and turtles was fun. Very peaceful and safe area with nice homes all around. There is shopping all around anything you could want. AJ's is a very nice grocery store it is a must a stop in the for the sweets and homemade salads they are to die for. Everything was in working order and we had no issues. Alyssa with Elite was fantastic to work with. She responded quickly with any question I had - there were only a couple questions because she was so thorough. The family said next time we go to AZ this is the place, so look no further. I looked at so many rentals on so many sites, I can be very picky this checked off all the boxes. Fantastic and great memories. Thank you!!!!

Sleep well and cool off in the pool then head to local restaurants and Top Golf nearby. AJ’s nearby has great steaks for the bbq and breakfast burritos before the games.

Quiet and Convenient
My husband and I enjoyed our stay here because it was in a neighborhood setting and was so quiet, yet convenient to grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants. Decor was nice but more modern, no indication that you were in AZ. We spent a lot of time reading around the pool. Wish it could have been warmer, but with cool nights and the heater cycling off overnight, we barely felt comfortable getting in. The lounge chairs around the pool were great. They had thick cushions, not the mesh or webbed kind at some resorts. We enjoyed watching the waterfowl in the pond behind the home. Bring binoculars if you have them. Nice granite countertops in the kitchen and baths. Master BR and bath was HUGE. Shower was a little quirky though. Start the water running long before you want to shower. It took forever to get hot water. Shower doors were a little challenging to open and close too as there was no kind of handle inside the shower itself. The second bath was a little small, especially if it has to be shared. Thanks for the welcome snacks. Liked having the use of a garage opener instead of having to punch in a code for the front door every time. Appreciated that were lots of dishwasher pods and a large jug of laundry soap. I would say the kitchen was well equipped with utensils, but lacking in other things. Perhaps add a pizza pan, serving bowls, leftover containers, and more dinnerware and silverware. If 6 people are staying at the home there are barely enough plates and forks. Dishes would have to washed after every meal. And what's with the intercom system throughout the home? They were on the walls outside the kitchen, on the patio, and in every bedroom. Weren't they popular in the 60's and 70's? Weird! So even with the quirks of the home, we would stay here again.

Great stay!
Had a great time! Pool was wonderful. Neighborhood is quiet and was great for walks. Love how there are no back neighbors and the backyard overlooks a pond/lagoon. The number of cameras in the back made us feel like we were being watched. I understand security is necessary these days, but it was a little disconcerting. Big storm came through one night and the gutters seem to need replacing. There was literally a waterfall over the back patio. One other small pet peeve.. the sheets don’t fit the extra thick mattress and kept coming up every night. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and a nice, relaxing long weekend of pool time!! Would stay again!

Nothing short of paradise
I stayed at this property last week and it was everything and more. House is very spacious with huge sectional couches for entertaining and a beautiful dining room. The pool was what sold me. It is just the right size and the pool furniture had nice thick patio cushions. The house is located within 3 miles of great restaurants and grocery stores are very convenient and close. All you have to do is place a grocery pick-up for what you want and you are set...the house will take care of everything else. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again and again.

House was clean and excellently furnished, although we had to place a lot of breakables up above out of Childrens reach. But to be expected, great location to what we were looking for. We had some concerns and handyman called and was awesome with his advice and service. We did feel as though we were being watched. We will be back frequently in the area and look forward to possibly staying again.

Very Relaxing
My friend and I had an amazing time. The property was just as advertised. The pool was wonderful and very relaxing. The surrounding neighborhood was quiet and safe. Chic, Clean & has a Great Pool
We had a great experience here. The pool was great which is what we wanted. The beds are comfortable. We had plenty of room here with two living rooms. I would highly recommend. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood with close access to the bypass.

Perfect pool house
We had the most amazing stay. The house was sparkling clean. The rooms were comfortable and welcoming. The pool was warm and our kids had a blast. We loved the dual entrance to the patio from the living room and bedroom. Everything was just perfect and we highly recommend for future travelers.
