For rent new house (July 2016) classified "furnished 4 **** tourism, single storey, not terraced, for 2/4 people located in Fréhel (22240) in a quiet area 350 m from shops and 2 , 5 km from the beach!
The house (85 m²) in the current decor and neat, walk-in, accessible to people with reduced mobility, is composed of 2 bedrooms (1 with 1 double bed 160 and flat screen tv and 1 with 2 single beds: all bed bases are new as well as memory foam mattresses), a bathroom with walk-in shower and heated towel rail, a large living area with the living room, flat screen television, a stove, a open kitchen fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave, hob, oven, hood, toaster, kettle, traditional coffee maker and Senseo coffee maker, fridge-freezer, ...), iron and ironing board, dryer hair and a garage where is the washing machine and where you can drop bikes, strollers, fishing equipment ...
Free WIFI.
You will be able to benefit from the outside ground 450 m ² closed with terrace, living room of garden, deckchairs and barbecue!
Possibility to provide baby cot, baby bath and high chair.

Schöner Urlaub in einem schönen Haus

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem ruhig gelegenen, schönen Haus verbracht. Die Bilder entsprechen absolut der Realität. Das Haus war sehr sauber und die Vermieterin sehr nett. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Schönes Ferienhaus in Frehel

Ruhig gelegenes und gemütliches Ferienhaus. Küchenausstattung war unserer Meinung nach nicht in ausreichten Menge für die angegebene Anzahl an Personen vorhanden.

Excellent séjour

Accueil très sympathique de la propriétaire. Une bouteille de cidre avec des petits gâteaux de la région nous attendaient sur la table. Maison totalement en adéquation avec l'annonce. Une excellente boulangerie se trouve à 10mn max à pied de la maison. Secteur calme. Je recommande vivement.

Logement fonctionnel pour visiter la région

Réservation rapide, réactivité et disponibilité de l'hôte. Accueil agréable et attentionné. Tout était préparé à notre arrivée: lits faits et chauffage activé. Maison moderne et fonctionnelle, plutôt spacieuse. Un peu à l'écart du bourg.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus am wundervollen Cap Fréhel. Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten und die Hunde haben sich über den vollständig eingezäunten Garten gefreut. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief reibungslos und war sehr nett! Absolut empfehlenswert!

La maison du bonheur

Merci encore M. et Mme Gasselin pour ce superbe séjour. La maison est parfaitement bien équipée, très calme et le jardin a fait le bonheur de notre petite chienne. La très grande proximité des plages en fait un endroit idéal pour de magnifiques promenades et nous ne manquerons pas de revenir. Merci encore pour tout ! Drei wunderschöne in der Bretagne am Cap Fréhel

Wir waren mit der Familie (2 Erwachsene mit 2 Jugendlichen) und Hund in dem Ferienhaus. Wir haben uns alle direkt wohl gefühlt: es fing schon mit der Begrüßung mit der Vermieterin an und es ging dann weiter mit dem Haus selbst. Es ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und gleichzeitig funktional. Es ist alles sehr sauber gewesen, die Betten bequem, sodass wir am Ende des Urlaubes gar nicht abreisen wollten. Die Küche ist so gut ausgestattet, dass man wie zu Hause kochen kann (auf einem Gasherd). Bei gutem Wetter haben wir auf der Terrasse gegessen und uns auch so viel dort aufgehalten. Von Vorteil ist, dass das Grundstück komplett umzäunt ist und wodurch kein Hund abhauen kann. Für kleinere Hunderunden kann man vom Haus aus direkt nach Fréhel laufen (ca. 5 Minuten), wo man auch zwei Bäcker findet, die beide sehr leckere Baguettes und Co verkaufen, oder man läuft in die entgegengesetzte Richtung über die Felder. Praktisch war die Garage, in der wir Bodyboards und dergleichen unterbringen konnten. Mit dem Auto ist man in 10 Minuten in Erquy zum Einkaufen (Lidl und SuperU) oder in 5 Minuten am Strand von Pléhérel. Die Gegend ist einfach traumhaft: man findet tolle Strände, wunderschöne Küstenwanderwege und leckere Restaurants. Für uns steht schon fest, wir waren nicht das letzte Mal in diesem Haus! Wir danken für die schöne Zeit!

Bon séjour en générale

Nous avons été très déçus de l'emplacement de la maison. Dans le jardin, non tondu, aucune place pour se mettre au soleil, ou la route, ou des voisins de tous côtés ! En plus bruit agaçant des frigos des voisins. La clôture commune aux deux maisons pareilles laissait à désirer car il y avait des chiens partout et risques de bagarres ! MAIS le propriétaire est venu directement mettre une clôture plus solide ! Merci à lui.

Vue de la mitoyenneté en travaux avec la nuisance sonore d'une chambre froide à quelques mètres de la chambre. Très inattendu ! Néanmoins les photos de l'intérieur correspondent totalement à l'annonce. Fonctionnel, propre et bien décoré.

Hübsches Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben unseren Urlaub dort sehr genossen. Das Haus ist modern, liebevoll eingerichtet und hübsch dekoriert. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und man kann den ganzen Tag die Sonne auf der Terrasse genießen (wenn man gerade mal nicht an den tollen Stränden und Wanderwegen in der Nähe unterwegs ist.) Außerdem ist der Garten ringsum eingezäunt, perfekt für Hundebesitzer! Vielen Dank an die netten Vermieter.

Leuk huis

Het huis is alleenstaand en leuk ingericht. Het is van alle gemakken voorzien. Voldoende serviesgoed en glazen. Het huis is ook schoon. Het contact met de eigenaren verliep goed. Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Persoonlijk vind ik het huis het meest geschikt voor 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen.

Schitterend mooi huis!

Na een heel vriendelijke ontvangst konden we kennis maken met ons, geheel gelijkvloerse, vakantie verblijf. Het ontbrak ons aan niets, alles was super schoon en nieuw. Het was een plezier om hier 3 weken op vakantie te zijn. Ook de omgeving is de moeite waard om er voor naar Bretagne te gaan. Vooral natuurliefhebbers en wandelaars zal het hier zeker bevallen. We waren hier in het voorjaar met mooi weer en dat heeft zeker bijgedragen aan een heerlijke vakantie.

Reveillon 2018 super sejour
