We loved the farmhouse for our Hannibal MO getaway. This VRBO had the best/easiest check-in process we have ever had.
Besides this, there are some other things I would like to compliment the owner on...
The home had everything my hubby needed to make coffee, he was very grateful.
The bedding was comfortable, the place was clean, smelled clean.
The TV had DISH network channel choices with a tv in the bedroom and living room.
The bathroom had everything we needed, towels, shampoo/conditioner body wash...
Washer and Dryer was so handy to have to keep our vacation clothes clean, they even supplied some detergent.
Overall, we were very happy with our stay!
We enjoyed exploring the downtown Hannibal.
Some key places were:
Brick Oven for pasta dinners, Hickory Sticks for quilt shop. Java Jive for coffee. Lovers Leap, the Lighthouse and the theatre.
Great Stay!
A big Thank You to the Owner for sharing this home with the public....

Cant get a receipt
Stay was fine, only porn on the bedroom TV, and I cant seem to get the Property owner to give me a receipt!
Loved the convenient location. Walked to everything. Host was extremely fast on responding. It was a great overall experience. Loved the decor. Will definitely book when I that area.
This property did not disappoint, clean, well stocked and within walking distance to everything we wanted to do.

First impressions are important.
The location is wonderful. You can walk to most everything in historical downtown. However you enter property from the alley. As an allergy sufferer, the tall weeds growing along the entry way we're very uninviting. There are very large cobwebs in the kitchen and bathroom area. The flooring between bedroom and bathroom is loose so when you walk thru there it's like walking on a under inflated baloon All of the bench seats in kitchen had food particles in every corner. Huge turn off! Then there are the sheets....they were horrible. So many fuzz balls they were extremely rough. That being said if your looking for location this property is great.

Unfortunately there was a water line that burst two days before we were to check in. We had to make arrangements and stay elsewhere, but we look forward to going back to the area and we hope to stay in this unit.
This was the second time we stayed. When we first arrived, the furnace didn’t seem to be working. Property manager had already alerted me to this. Arrangements had already been made for repair and issue was resolved without any issues at all!!! We really love the location. We think this rental is great. We hope to return again soon.
The property is located off the street which means it feels secluded even though you are right by the action. It has a nice aesthetic. Plenty of space and a bedroom without windows, which for someone who likes to sleep in, is a very nice thing.
Perfect location, lots to see and do in walking distance. Very quaint, feels very much like "home". Comfortable beds, option to cook there, and very easy to get in and out of. Nice close parking. We truly enjoyed our stay and plan on coming back!
Bed was to high for older people. Tables in kitchen was to small to get in and out easily. Shower would be better if there was a adjustable shower head. Good location for walking distance to downtown. But the surroundings was a little iffy.
beautiful place, the wife and I enjoyed our stay. great location, within walking distance to everything, could'nt ask for a better vacation. thank you Sarah
We had a great stay. The ramp down into the apartment was a bit of a surprise—maybe a lighter or brighter floor mat would help. The ledge in the bedroom would be a perfect place to put on makeup if there was a chair and a mirror. These remarks are just my thoughts and in no way would keep us from staying again. And we definitely will recommend it as a delightful place to stay!
We enjoyed our stay a lot. The kitchen was perfect for cooking breakfasts and dinners in. The beds were comfy. The shower is great. The location makes it easy to see all the historic downtown attractions. 2 short blocks from the Saturday Farmer’s Market. A quick drive out to cave hollow. Our second year staying here. Would recommend.
Easy walk to many shops and restaurants. The bed was too firm for me but that’s just personal preference. My only suggestion would be new sheets for the bed. The sheets were thin and a lot of pilling so they weren’t comfortable against your skin.
We enjoyed our stay in Hannibal. The house was in a great location and exactly as described. We enjoyed a dinner cruise on the Mark Twain Riverboat and visited the local caves. Thanks for a great stay!
This cabin was in thd perfect location to access all things downtown Hannibal. We took our bicycles down and were able to ride them all around town and left our vehicle parked for the whole weekend. Place was clean, and larger than how it appears in the pictures. The stone structure, no windows in the bedroom, and the comfortable matress made for some great sleep too! :)
The "Farmhouse" was clean and roomy and was so much better that booking a motel room.
Area was quiet, easy to locate and parking was just steps away from the front door.
Highly recommend for a stay in Hannibal!
The Farmhouse was charming and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was very adequate and we cooked some great breakfasts and dinners there. The location was within walking distance to most everything we wanted to see or do. It was very quiet at night. We were sorry to leave. We would definitely come back.
