This condo features a king bed in the master bedroom with balcony access, a queen bed in the guest room, and a queen air mattress in the living room, sleeping 6 guests comfortably. With its breath-taking views and convenient location, Sterling Reef 1006 will definitely be your next family favorite!

Built in 2005, Sterling Reef is in a fantastic location on Panama City Beach, only .5 miles from Shipwreck Island and within walking distance of the fishing pier. Vacation rentals at this lovely resort have a seasonally heated 4000sqft bi-level pool with waterfall at their disposal, a fitness center overlooking the pool and beach area, an activity room w/ flatscreen TV, and grills on the sky terrace. Watersport rentals are also available.

The location is perfect on the beach but the building is old and not so clean as a whole. Also me and my little daughter who is 4 stucked in the elevator for more than 30 min and believe me it wasn’t good at all. Also the condo wasn’t clean . Especially the bathtubs!

Everything was great. I had read some negative reviews about check in problems and was a bit worried about. We had no problems. At check in time I had text and email that gave our code to enter the condo. I would recommend.

The place was clean, up to date, roomy, had everything a person would need to cook a meal. The scenery was to die for. Staff was SUPER friendly and we felt VERY safe. Thank you so much !!!

Outdated but great view
The condo and building could use an update. The elevators take forever. The condo needs carpets cleaned, they are filthy. The towels were very dingy. Make sure you bring trash bags, you get one. However the view is truly amazing from the condo!

We loved the room but the elevators really sucked
The elevators hardly worked just 1 of them the whole time of our stay so u literally had to wait in long lines 30 minutes or so to get on. We was on the 10th floor and had to walk the stairs quite a bit of time.

Disappointed very disappointed.
The ocean is always a wonderful place to be! We were shocked that our condo was not clean, floors, walls and bathrooms were filthy. Even the coffee pot had a used dirty filter full of coffee grounds. Carpeting in bedrooms was horrible! We kept our shoes on inside to keep our feet clean. The patio doors had hand prints and smeared food on them and hassock in front of couch was covered with sand. It looked like the only thing housekeeping did was change the bed sheets and leave. They did send someone to clean, which knocked us out of an afternoon at the beach, when house keeper got there, she had a baby with her, that she had to keep on her hip! She didn't speak good english , so Im not sure how much she understood what we ask her. My understanding was someone was coming to clean the carpets, they never showed up, and we did t hear any more from them. Its hard to ruin a week at the ocean, but it made it uncomfortable.
