Beautiful walk out waterfront 2 bedroom beach front Suite. Just 25minutes from historical Nelson B.C. . Our property is situated halfway between Nelson and Ainsworth Hot Springs. There is access to a beautiful sandy beach a step from your patio door. A full Kitchen that is equipped with quality kitchen utensils, cookware and dishes. The bedrooms are outfitted with gorgeous and quality bed linens. Both bedrooms have patio doors to the beach. The gardens and views are stunning. Guest also have access to a outside bar and kitchen.
The nightly rate is quoted in USA dollars.

nice place for vacation

It's an nice place for a family or four adults to stay for a few days esp. in Summer. The hostess, Nancy, is very kind and replays our email very quickly.

Beautiful rental on the water

Thank you for sharing your home! Your rental is perfect for fishing weekend stay and had every amenity. Only thing missing was a tv :) hockey games to be watched!!

Fabulous Getaway!

This property is extremely clean and well kept. The pictures do not do it justice. The sandy beach is amazing, crystal clear water and a perfectly positioned fire pit, next to the tiki bar! Nancy and Sandy were the most gracious hosts and we will definitely stay again!!

Wonderful

Two of us stayed for 5 days. The property was clean, well maintained, comfortable beds and had everything we needed. Awesome shower. The private beach/backyard is shared with owners, who live on top level of the home however we were given our privacy and yet they were happy to answer any questions and advise on things to go, see and do while in the area. It was great! I would go back!

Beautiful Property

It is our first time in Nelson and we had a fantastic stay. We will surely come back next year. Nancy is fantastic. This place is package deal- the beach, firepit,the host. My son has a blast in this place.

Amazing suite

We had a wonderful stay at Nancy and Sandy's suite. The location was beautiful-so peaceful and comfortable. We enjoyed a couple of nights around the fire pit, and the view was gorgeous. The beds were super comfortable and the suite had everything we needed. Nancy provided some great advice on local hikes and bike rides as well. We would love to go back!

Awesome Place, Location and Hosts

Nancy and Sandy were amazing hosts. We came during 2nd surge of COVID. The place was well kept, sanitized and we felt very safe. Our hosts made us feel very welcomed. Gave us plenty of information and made us feel right at home. The property is awesome. Overlooking the water with great "personal" beach space, outdoor firepit, bbq area and the view of great sunsets in the evening. Lots to do in the vicinity. Great hikes and biking places. We came in late October so could not do any of the water activities, but looks like there are plenty of water sports/activities available in the summer. Great place to visit, stay and will definitely be recommending this place to our friends!!

Best possible stay

The property was perfect in all ways. We can not rave enough about it and staying was an absolute pleasure. The gardens and the beach were exceptional with stunning views and very tranquil. Nancy and Sandy are very special people both kind and welcoming- they were the best possible hosts. The property was a little paradise. Highly recommended and fully understand why this place gets a lot of repeat guests.

Unbelievably scenic

Surely it was the best home we stayed . Situated about 25 minutes drive to Nelson, it is very scenic, just besides the lake . The picture in vrbo doesn't show all area around it. The view of lake and small garden is something that you never gain even if you pay $1000 a night and stay in Fairmont lake Louise. Anyway our home has a small living room kitchen and all amenities to prapare a food, also two bedroom. The bigger one has a large windows with view of the sea. Modern design and clean. Our host ( es ) , welcoming us so warm and try to help us to plan our trips. Nancy and her husband gave us a bottle of wine in second night.They live upstairs, but we had different entrance to the room. Only minus was poor wifi. Home and nice owners seduce us to stay again there,longer, in a warmest monthes , perhaps we can swim in the lake.We come back, surely.

Great Beach Front Property

This VRBO property is more personal than most because it is a walkout basement suite with a host of outside amenities. Unfortunately, do to the weather we could not enjoy them as we could have if the sun was shining. To our surprise, the fridge contained some treats and staples like butter and eggs which we don't usually find in a VRBO. It was great to have these extras. The beds are very comfortable and both bedrooms have doors out to a patio. The kitchen dining area is a bit small but in good weather you would not need this because there are tables and chairs on a covered patio. I would recommend a stay here. Nancy went above and beyond to accommodate our visit.

A Slice of Paradise

Really enjoyed our stay here..well kept yard and beach area. Amazing views of Kootenay Lake from the several eating areas on the property. Would recommend this property for families...couples....friends get away. Lots to do in surrounding area...with stunning scenery My only complaint...lake is very cold...too cold to swim in

Happy Holiday with my girls 💗💗

Nelson is always one of my favourite places to go in the summer and Nancy’s Beach House made the experience this year that much better. My granddaughters and I were welcomed warmly from Nancy & Sandy our hosts. The best part was the sandy beach right outside our door and the most beautiful perennial gardens with a tiki bar and swings & toys for the girls to enjoy. The apartment was well lit and very nicely decocorated. There were 3 walkouts, 2 from the bedrooms which the girls enjoyed. The beds were very comfy for enjoyable relaxed sleeps. The kitchen was well stocked the eggs, bread and ice cream treats were much appreciated as well. Overall it was a great stay and we will be back again next year. Very happy guests. Beautiful Beach Oasis

Nancy and Sandy have an amazing property right on the lake that they have transformed into a little oasis surrounded by beautiful gardens and cozy areas to enjoy the beautiful yard. The work they put into the property inside and out is obvious. From the comfortable linens on the beds to the well stocked kitchen, their attention to detail and thoughtfulness didn't go unnoticed. As hosts they were both very respectful, friendly and welcoming. They made it feel like the property was ours to enjoy but were happy to be social when we initiated it. This was a great spot for our family to enjoy the lake and access all that the area has to offer.

Great spot, the pictures do not do justice for Nancy and Sandy. We felt super lucky with our choice to stay here. Cute little suite with comfy beds and we are jealous of the outdoor set up they have. Outdoor kitchen is awesome, the palapa was perfect for our 3 year and 5 month old kido's. Hosts are great people, check this place out!

Family time

My family and I traveled to Nelson for a wedding. We would normally stay at a friends place but, our kids were with us and we needed extra space. We came across Nancy's beautiful beach front home after a few searches on a place to stay. We were greeted when we arrived and were given a quick tour before we settled in for the duration of our stay. The home is beautiful and the location was perfect. The property is located right on the beach and is a quick ride to town if you need anything for your stay. We enjoyed our fires on the beach and the BBQ to cook with.We highly recommend their property.

Weekend adventure

We had the best weekend with our dear friends! We hiked epic trails, zip lined, soaked at the Hot Springs, and relaxed on the beach! Nancy's place is beautiful, and she never mentioned she is a master gardener! Couldn't be happier! We are sure to go back!
