Couch in living room is a convertible sofa , which is a full size when opened. Bed linens will be provided for the bedroom. There is a private outdoor shower on the premises. Short walk to the center of town. 2 beach badges are included. Come and explore Brigantine! An island you'll love for life!!

We loved the location. The condo was very close to the beach. We found check-in and check-our to be very easy and the owner always responded to our questions in a timely manner.

Great getaway!

We had an amazing time at this shore condo. The condo was updated, clean and in a perfect location. Felicia was beyond hospitable and so easy to deal with. The unit had everything we needed and was walking steps from the beach. Highly recommend this unit.

Cozy Condo

This was the perfect condo on the beach for me and my husband. First time in Brigantine and loved the area. The condo is really right at the path to the beach. Felicia was super responsive anytime I had a question. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect!

This is my second time staying in this amazing little spot and it will not be my last. The condo is a great size for a couple. It was very clean and was equipped with everything we needed for our stay.

Perfect beach condo

We enjoyed how clean and comfortable it was to stay here. The condo was in a very quiet area and the neighbors were were all friendly. It was also nice having a coffee on the bistro set and hearing the ocean in the background. We really liked being so close to the beach. We're definitely glad we stayed here.

Just Like Home

This place was extremely clean and cozy! Property owner was very easy to contact as questions arose. This location cannot be beat as it is truly steps to the beach. We will definitely be back.

Clean, Cozy, Perfect!

Steps from the beach, clean and well kept. All amenities are modern. Everything you need is already here. We stay here every year, and will continue to do so.

Clean Apt, Steps to the beach

Everything was as advertised, the unit was exceptionally clean. Easy parking, easy beach access, in walking distance to Wawa/restaurants, and comfortable bed (we didn't use the pull out). Overall a quiet and comfortable stay in a clean spot on the beach - hope to be back soon.

Very amazing first time I ever booked a place online the property manager was always there to help and responds back very quickly very clean nice surroundings with the neighbors everyone was just so friendly and helpful looking forward to rebooking it again for next year

Refreshing Reset!!

Felicia was so responsive and kind throughout the booking process and our stay. Our lil family had one of our worst years and wanted a reset, this adorbs place was just what we all needed! Gorgeous, had everything we needed, walkable to several restaurants and shops, and most importantly merr steps from the “ocean beach” (as our son calls it, lol) :) We will definitely be back, don’t miss out this is a gem!!

Pied-à-terre by the ocean

Stayed for a long weekend, perfect location with just a few steps to the beach. Adorably decorated and outfitted with everything you will need. Dinner on the terrace each night. Peaceful to watch the the ocean and the boats sail by from the terrace. Owners attentive as needed and very pleasant. I look forward to returning. Thank you!

Wonderful stay!

My first impression was of how clean and cute the place was decorated. It really was perfect. Lots of natural light. Truly a few steps to the beach. You can see the ocean from the veranda. Very quiet. No issues with parking. It was exactly what I needed to chill out and create some art during my visit. I can't wait to come back.

Brigantine Beach unit

Overall we liked it, however nowhere in the info/email was the unit number listed. In addition the bathroom was very small. As XL/XXL seniors we found it quite confining.

Great location & clean

Clean, modern space, perfect size for relaxing in between trips to the beach, Atlantic City, and all other attractions the area has to offer. Quiet neighborhood, ocean view, and you are just steps from the beach.
