Indian Pointe Lake Condo! Pets are welcome!

Beautiful Condo at Indian Pointe, located at the 17th mile marker, over looking the beautiful lake. Condo will accommodate 6 guests and one pet.
Master bedroom has private bath and large closet. Both master bedroom and guest bedroom have King size beds with new mattresses. Roku TV’s are in both bedrooms.
New queen sleeper sofa sleeps 2.
Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a nice meal.
Unit has washer and dryer.
Balcony has a gas BBQ grill for your outdoor grilling.
Property has 3 pools ( 2 are heated). Tennis courts and basketball court . Beautiful walkway by lake! Great area to fish from docks.
Boat slip is available for an extra charge. Please inquire.

Condo is located close to many restaurants on and off the water. Grocery stores, shopping, golfing, boat and wave runner rentals, and marinas are minutes away.

Fantastic Location and View
The condo property was well kept and maintained. Each morning there were workers tending to the pools and grounds. The atmosphere was peaceful, even with the maintenance work that was occurring just below us (workers were quiet and respectful). Can't say enough about the view from the deck, it was beautiful. The condo was clean and well cared for. Only "complaint" is there was no overhead lighting in the living room, making it a bit dark in there. Host was quick to respond to any questions I had. Would strongly recommend staying here

Amazing View, Great Location and Spacious. Top floor unit, 1.5 flights up from the assigned parking spot which is right next to the stairs. We've stayed at many properties at the Osage area and this is hands down the best view of the lake. Convenient to get to and just a short drive from Aldis or HyVee.

Great pet friendly spot
We have stayed here before and it continues to be a go to rental for us. Great location by land and water. Clean. Plenty of area to walk your pet. Inge is always easy to work with. We rent frequently at the lake and this one is great.

Location, view and cleanup were all easy. Balcony was not accessible. Sign on door said since last year. Owner is giving a discount. Tile in master bath was damaged and loose. Had some supplies to use, shampoo, dish soap and detergent. Overall a nice stay.

Autumn in the Ozarks
We were in town for just two days to visit family. The fall colors were in full bloom. The condo was clean and easy to find. The view was great. Quite condo area. I like being able to park right next to the building and stairwell. It is the 2nd or 3rd floor, so if you have issues with climbing, this is not for you. But the higher the floor the better the view. Would stay again when in town for sure.

This condo was perfect for us! It was easily accessible to grocery and shopping, a quiet complex, and the most spectacular view of the lake. I really enjoyed the comfy couches (and actually looked online to see about getting something similar at my home). Everything was clean and well set up for guests. I will definitely book here again.

My husband and I really enjoyed our short stay. The condo was clean and the view was spectacular. It's a great location near all the restaurants and shopping we enjoy. Just a couple of minor things...the master bath shower head needs to be replaced. And the blinds in the master bedroom don't close completely. We will definitely be back in the future!

Not meaning to nitpick, but...
Kitchen could be more well stocked. A salt shaker would be a must. A lid for the skillets, a cookie sheet, a working toaster, and a dishwasher that had a soap dispenser that would open? We made do, and it was in a great location with great views. Enjoyed our time there!

Clean and comfortable, with a great view
We stayed here over Christmas weekend for the second year in a row and it was as great both times around. The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated, the furniture was comfortable with plenty of blankets, and we had everything we needed to cook several meals. The views from the living room and bedroom are wonderful and we enjoyed drinking wine on the balcony. Inge was wonderful to work with and extremely responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay again.
