About this property

25m2 quality apartment in very good condition (soil, bedding, sofa) with 2 rooms at the ski slopes, hiking trails and mountain bike tracks descents (Down Hill) overlooking the Valley of Vallouise .

Fully equipped: fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster - Porch, Balcony - TV, WIFI - Ski storage - Free parking on the road.

Caution off season the resort is closed (shops, restaurants), the agency is open but not on Sunday. So you need a vehicle to go shopping.

1600 is the center of activities, simply down to the apartment to enjoy.

- For fun: disco, cinema, outdoor swimming pool (heated in winter kind jaccusi / Spa) - all mountain activities including children: canyoning, rafting, quad biking, snowmobiling, hiking, trails Down Hill, daycare / Playground and ski school.

super logement au pied des pistes - Puy 1600

le logement est très bien équipé. Nous étions 2 adultes et 1 enfant de 10 ans (parfait pour 4). au niveau 1, accès au logement ski qui communique directement avec l'accès à la remonté de la bergerie (à 100m). Emplacement idéal, logement propre et bien équipé. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Belle résidence, Appartement bien adapté pour 2 personnes 3 max. Bien équipé, système de boîte à clés super! Local à skis top. Dommage qu'il ne soit pas situé plein sud mais ce n'est pas trop grave!

Vacances a puy st vincent.Miroire des ecrins.

Très bonne location.Appartement très propre , avec de bons rangements.Lits confortables pour adultes ou pour les enfants. Vue magnifique sur le glacier blanc des écrins . Station bien équipé avec commerces,et activités a proximités . Prêt a y retourner.

Appatement de trés bon niveau ,bien équipé et trés propre,situé dans une belle résidence bien placée

Accés aux pistes très facile,proximité des commerces,bars ,restaurants,locations de materiel etdes bureaux des remontée mécaniques ainsi que des écoles de ski..De plus la station est très agréable et disposant d'un beau domaine...Contacts très symphatiques avec le propriétaire...

Why they chose this property

I bought this apartment to a friend to make an investment in real estate. I go there regularly and particularly learned snowboard over there.

What makes this property unique

A family resort, with very good prices. Nice to learn skiing or snowboarding with lots of possibilities of off-pistes through the alpine larch forest. The hikings on the glaciers, near the lakes and in all the area are just marvellous. I recommend them to the mountain lovers.
