Large Cozy Apartment, Well Stocked & Centrally Located!

This 2,080 square-foot cozy apartment is fully furnished, fully equipped and well-stocked! It is set up to comfortably sleep 6, can add 2 more if necessary.

Centrally located, we are 15 minutes from Bozeman, 5 minutes from Belgrade, 12 minutes to the airport, 45 minutes from Bridger Bowl, 1 hour +/- to Big Sky, and 1.5 hours from Yellowstone National Park, by way of West Yellowstone.

This apartment has large bedrooms to include a King Suite with private bath, and a Queen Suite with 2 queen beds and private bath. A half bathroom is located next to the kitchen.

The living area includes a full-size cook's kitchen, equipped with all cooking, baking, serving and dining utensils.

The living room, dining area and rec area are all setup to provide the maximum of comfort and enjoyment for our guests. Amenities include a large LED smart TV with cable service and DVD player; high-speed internet/WIFI; a ping-pong table and a foosball table; a library stocked with books specific to our area and casual reading; games; and a Welcome Desk, stocked with basic office supplies and brochures for area recreation and entertainment.

There is a full laundry room with a washer and dryer, laundry supplies, iron and ironing board.

Features include fluffy towels, nice bedding, hairdryers and guest bath amenities; the apartment is stocked with all paper goods such as toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, personal disposal bags and trash bags. The kitchen pantry and fridge are stocked with basics to include coffee and a variety of teas, creamers, cooking oils, vinegars, flour/sugar, herbs and spices, etc.

Outside, there is a guest porch with a table and chairs, gas BBQ grill and a gas fire pit; this outdoor space offers amazing views of the property's gardens and local mountain ranges that surround our beautiful valley.

Additional Details:

→This is a basement apartment, with its own private entrance. There is a flight of stairs leading from the entry (13 steps with a sturdy handrail).

→From the moment we opened as a vacation rental (April 2019), we put into place cleaning procedures that required generous use of disinfectant on all surfaces. That has always been our standard as innkeepers, and we invite you to come, relax and enjoy without worry of surface contaminants.

→A fully signed Vacation Rental Agreement is required. We will provide it to you when you book.

→One week before check-in, we will send a Welcome Letter, with details to include directions to our place, the door key code, check-in/check-out instructions, and other information for during your stay.

→We strongly encourage all Primary Guests to purchase Trip Insurance in case they need to cancel within the 30/14 day window prior to check-in, or after check-in.

→We do not accept pets. If you would like referrals to local pet boarding facilities, please let us know.
