Cotinière is a pretty village of sinners. Nice apartment in the heart of the cotinière 2 steps from the port and shops. It is located in a residence with swimming pool open (from June 15 to September 15) located on the ground floor quiet with the beach in front ... Renovated in 2016 you will enjoy a very well equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, a large fridge and plenty of storage.
The room will allow you if you want to put a cot and it has 1 large closet and a TV.
The living room is spatieuse with 2 sofa beds (rapido) with a 15cm bultex bedding for a very comfortable bed, tv, bathroom with shower and toilet spatieuse.
A small terrace not closed and full foot will allow you to take your meals outside.
You will have access to a patio allowing you to store your bikes and dry your clothes (on the side of the terrace with access common to other residents)

Chouette séjour près de la mer

Emplacement idéal, à deux pas de la mer. La piscine a également été très appréciée ! La Cotinière est un joli petit port. La propriétaire des lieux est très réactive et la gestionnaire sur place flexible quand nous avons souhaité changer l'heure pour rendre les clés. Petit bémol mais pas lié à l'appartement du tout : la 4G n était pas très fonctionnelle sur l'île, pensez donc à prendre des cartes routières car le GPS ne marche pas bien ;) (apparement ce n'était pas le cas les années précédentes)

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement très bien aménagé et situé (à 2 pas du centre et du port). Juste dommage que la terrasse ne soit pas totalement clôturée (ayant une petite de 2 ans) mais l'appartement est bien agencé et équipé avec une piscine dans la résidence. Propriétaire et personne qui accueille très sympathiques.

Très sympa

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cet appartement qui a tout ce dont on a besoin. Il est très bien situé et au calme. La piscine est agréable et l'endroit pour mettre nos vélos ou le linge est pratique. Valérie est très agréable ainsi que Me Ferreira. Je recommande vivement.

Séjour d'une semaine

1 semaine sur l'île d'oleron. À notre arrivé, une fois les clés transmises, nous nous sommes aperçu que malheureusement le ménage n'avais absolument pas été fait avant notre arrivée. Évacuation douche bouché plein de cheveux, WC sale avec plein de gouttes d'urines, caillou au sol, coton démaquillant sous le canapé... Pas de bol pour nous, quelqu'un a oublié de faire le ménage. Cependant ça n'a pas empêcher de passer un bon séjour, tout est pratique et facile d'accès. La piscine est génial même pour une petite de 4 ans. La proximité du port et des commerces est très pratique et dépaysant. La mer est bien juste en face et magnifique. Le parking par contre est une galère pour s'y garer, il faut manœuvrer ! Dans l'ensemble au top, mise à part le ménage, surtout lorsque je laisse moi, une maison niquel et que derrière on me réclame de nettoyer des choses que nous n'avons pas utilisé. Mais que les anciens locataires oui, qui n'avait évidemment rien nettoyé... Avec mon conjoint nous n'avons pas apprécié cela pour terminer notre séjour... Île à voir car elle est magnifique, incroyablement fleurit partout, des plages magnifiques et turquoises, avec des vagues pour s'amuser. C'était génial

Confortable et fonctionnel.

Appartement très convenable très bien situé par rapport à la mer et aux commerces. Merci de préciser à la dame qui s'occupe de notre arrivée et départ que le masque est obligatoire. Elle ne semble pas au courant.

Joli appartement proche de la mer

Bel appartement, bien situé, dans une résidence calme. Le contact avec la propriétaire et la personne qui nous accueillis était excellent. De très nombreuses pistes cyclables partout sur l’île. Nous avons vraiment envie de revenir.

très bien, environnement connu ,climat doux propice aux balades a vélos sur toute l île dans une nature comme rarement préservée restauration a la hauteur un jour on y retournera avec grand plaisir.

pratique, appartement bien équipé et bien situé.

L'appartement est de plain pied, pratique, calme, à proximité de la mer et des commerces. Très agréable à deux. La chambre est fraiche, la literie confortable. Par contre, la terrasse donne sur le parking, ce qui la rend moins attractive et il n'y a pas de connexion wifi. L'ensemble est très satisfaisant.

Un super séjour

Un super studio qui nous a accueillit durant notre semaine. Un appartement calme, avec tout ce qu'il faut et très bien situé près du port de la Cotinière. Nous avons été très bien accueillit par la personne qui s'occupe de la location et le contact avec la propriétaire est très rapide.

Un lieu calme et reposant

L’appartement en Rez de chaussé est très fonctionnel. Proche de la ville et pourtant calme parce qu’à distance de la route. Une piscine superbe et pratique si on vient pour la baignade. La plage est proche mais on ne peut s’y baigner qu’à marée haute. Je reviendrais volontiers dans cette location. Deux bémols : un problème de parking si on a une grosse voiture et pas de fer à repasser dommage quand il y a une machine à laver le linge.

Tres bel appartement très bien situé

Appartement moderne décoré avec beaucoup de goût et très très bien équipé. Rien n'y manque. Bien situé a la cotinière devant la plage et a proximité du port et des commerces. On peut tout faire a pied. La personne qui accueille est très sympatique et très professionnelle (elle explique tout). Si nous devons revenir a la cotinière nous louerons de nouveau sans hésiter cet appartement.
