Friendly and quiet neighbourhood. Walkable distance of restaurants. Breakfast and afternoon drinks on the front side balcony with nice view and palm trees were great!
The beach house was very cozy and warm.

This place was very nice and perfect for a beach getaway! Lots of nearby restaurants and places of interest. It was In a very quiet neighborhood as well, with quick access to Laguna Beach, Laguna Niguel and other excellent places in Orange County, highly recommend!
It was as advertised, there was a good amount of sand on the floor but I guess that's to be expected for a beach home. I wished there was a washer /dryer and dishwasher but I knew that going in

Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
We were extremely disappointed with the cleanliness and appearance of this place
Upon arrival, there was a stale odor in the air. The kitchen faucet was loose at the base, and there was a portable thermostat inside the oven which the oven itself appeared to not work properly. Vertical blinds in the bedroom were a bit of a mess with one panel leaning against the wall. The sliding shower doors as well as the bedroom sliding closet doors were not secured in their track and could swing back and forth. All the dirty beach items were stored in the only closet in the bedroom, so no place to hang your clothes. Bedroom ceiling needed a good dusting with dust clumps hanging down. Ceiling fan in bedroom was so wobbly we were afraid to turn it on while sleeping, not to mention it made a constant knocking noise. Furniture appeared to be dated and worn. The air conditioning unit in the front room was a portable unit with the exhaust feeding out of the front sliding window, which we were uncomfortable with and did not use since we didn’t feel safe leaving a front facing window open while we were out or asleep. As frequent vacationers to Dana Point, this place was a disappointment.
Such a great little place for my husband and me!!! We come to visit our two boys and their families and this is the perfect location to do that. We love the easy walks to restaurants and my favorite coffee sho. The harbor is about a 20 minute walk and is a great place to hang out! Love the sunny deck! Be sure to check out the farmers market on Saturday just two blocks away.
The host, Brian, is so gracious and accommodating….. thank you Brian for all of your help!!!
We will definitely be back!!!
This was a beautiful apartment, but quite tiny. We loved the location and the back deck is a big plus. Our main issues were the walls had scuffs, the blinds in the bedroom were all broken and wouldn't open without struggle, there was a missing blind on the window above the bed, and the rules really make you wonder why you're paying a cleaning fee. You're expected to do all the dishes before leaving, but there is no dishwasher, and you're required to take the trash outside to the bins. Overall, we had a good stay, but not as relaxing as we had hoped. I come on vacation to avoid chores. On the plus side, the furniture and bed were very comfy, and again, we loved the location.
Very sweet little place. Loved the location as we love to walk. About a 15 minute walk to the harbor, lots of restaurants and coffee shops. Worked perfect for us since we have family in Dana Point- a 5 minute walk away. We also fully enjoyed the deck - perfect sunny spot on an afternoon in February.
The living room furniture is a little worn, but all comfy.
We hope to be back.
Great location for beaches, bars and restaurants. Supplied with all the essentials you could need. Beach chairs, beach towels and umbrellas were also available. Brian responded very quickly to a couple of minor issues.
Cute little apartment, very close to the beaches and freeways. Only annoying part was there is only street parking, so you have to hunt for a spot to parallel park. We only had trouble finding parking one of the nights, which was a weekend.
Overall, great little place to stay. Felt like a very safe neighborhood too
Great spot in the lantern district. It was really nice to have a kitchen and elevated porch/deck to enjoy some sunshine while eating. There are some food options in easy walking distance. We had a great time and will stay here again!
We stayed in this property to escape the heat of Palm Springs and to celebrate my husband's birthday. The property was quite adequate and we had a wonderful time. The location was perfect.
Anniversary getaway Was great. Nice neighborhood easy access and friendly neighbors. Would stay again.
