There is a Chef's Kitchen with 4 stool island, dining table that seats 6, a king master suite with ensuite bath (double sinks & glassed enclosed shower) and walk in closet. The guest room/office has a queen bed and new bath with glass enclosure. This property is a triplex located in the historic Marina District. This property is the main house and a cottage. There is a small apartment on the property as well. 1 block to marina and 3/4 mile to beach, 1.5 blocks to Atlantic Ave restaurants and shops!
