LARGE BRIGHT APARTMENT IN THE HEART ISCED CORSAIR "Intramural"

85 m2 apartment located in the center of the City Corsair with 2 large bedrooms, living room 40 m2 with dining area, a kitchen overlooking the dining area, a large bathroom with separate WC. It includes plenty of storage space and is equipped with double-glazed windows for comfort when the intramural Intra-Muros animation is in full swing!
This is a spacious and very bright which is quite rare Central Paris. For example the living room windows to one side on the Pillory Square and on the other side of the cathedral. The beautiful old wooden floors give it a warm ambience.
Bedding is provided (sheets, duvets, covers, pillowcases).
You will be very well situated to discover not only the Corsair City but also Saint Malo and its surroundings (the Thermes, the Casino, the beaches, the Emerald Coast, Dinard, Dinan, Cancale and even the Mont Saint Michel or Rennes a few tens of kilometers)
Bon Secours Beach is 250 meters from the apartment.
The Condor Ferries shipping company will allow you a getaway in the British Isles of Jersey or Guernsey (check the website for schedules).
The terminal is a few hundred meters from Intra-Muros.
More modestly, in season, the shuttle leaving the gate of Dinan will take you to Dinard for a visit of the city or a walk to the famous market.

The perfect apartment!

A fantastic apartment right in the centre of the city. Very well kept and spacious with e everything we required, and the owner and caretaker were extremely friendly and helpful. We loved the sound of buskers outside our window during the day, but we could close the windows and shutters if we wanted to block out any noise at night. We highly recommend this apartment.

Excellent séjour à Saint - Malo

L' appartement est spacieux , lumineux avec beaucoup de charme ( parquet , hauts plafonds , déco autour du voyage ) et très bien équipé et propre ( lit 160 ferme , lave linge qui sèche aussi , bon choix de romans dans la bibliothèque , jeux de société , wifi ) . D'un côté on a vu sur l'église , de l'autre sur une petite place très animée ( mais sans le bruit grâce au double vitrage ) . L 'appartement est très bien situé : on peut tout faire à pieds : se baigner à la piscine de Bon Secours , aller au Grand Bé sur la tombe de Chateaubriand , faire un footing sur la plage du Sillon ... On trouve bon nombre de petits commerces de qualité juste à côté ( boulangerie , boucherie , poissonnerie , marché sous les halles , carrefour city etc ) . L'accueil est très sympathique avec des palets et du cidre comme cadeaux de bienvenue . C'est une très bonne adresse intra - muros à recommander ; nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Appartement très agréable

Bel appartement intra-muros , spacieux séjour avec cuisine ouverte bien équipée. Chambres avec literies confortables . grande salle de bain . Appartement très propre , confortable et lumineux . Produits à disposition , simplifiant le séjour : lessive , tablettes lave-vaisselle ... Location recommandée pour des vacances agréables à Saint-Malo .

Mittendrin in der Korsarenstadt und im Wohlfühlambiente

Wir sind Vielreisende und haben schon in etlichen Ferienwohnungen gewohnt. So wohl wie in dieser geschmackvoll und funktional eingerichteten Wohnung mit bequemen Betten, viel Platz, freundlichstem Empfang, bester Betreuung und einer perfekten Sauberkeit haben wir uns noch ganz selten gefühlt. Wir können das Domizil guten Gewissens an alle weiterempfehlen, die nicht die absolute Ruhe suchen. Denn natürlich ist man mittendrin im Leben der mittelalterlichen Korsarenstadt, die man sich tagsüber mit anderen Touristen, abends und nachts aber nur mit den Einheimischen teilt.

UN logement idéal au cœur de la vieille ville

The apartment was great!

We enjoyed our stay, the apartment was great, bright, very clean and well furnished. Its location in the middle of St Malo intra muros is convenient, close to shops, restaurants and beaches.

Appartement spacieux, propre et agréable à vivre à 2 pas de toutes les commodités et de la plage

Séjour en famille avec 2 enfants en bas âge. L'appartement était parfait. Cuisine parfaitement aménagée, salon et séjour spacieux. L'appartement est bien situé : supermarchés, commerces et plages. A 2 pas également, départ pour la promenade sur les remparts ou vers les "Bé". Nous avons été très bien accueilli lors de notre arrivée et le propriétaire avait mis à disposition toutes les informations nécessaires à notre séjour (cartes, horaires marée....). Nous y retournerons avec un très grand plaisir.

Un bel appartement, lumineux, au centre de Saint-Malo

Un bel appartement, spacieux, lumineux, et très bien placé, au centre de Saint-Malo, en face du meilleur glacier, et à deux pas de la meilleure boulangerie (boulangerie de la cathédrale, ne manquez pas les chouquettes et autres délices fabuleux), à 1 minute de la plage. Nous y étions avec nos deux enfants, et avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Les chambres sont spacieuses, tout est neuf et propre. L'agitation de la rue piétonne en bas ne s'entend que peu, l'isolation est très bonne. Enfin, l’accueil est aux petits soins! Un grand merci pour cette location!

Très agréable

Accueil très agréable. Appartement spacieux, clair et très fonctionnel en plein centre de saint Malo. Le glacier est juste en face. Le double vitrage est appréciable par cette saison. La plage est juste à côté. Séjour reposant. Ne pas hésiter !

Une excellente location pour les vacances !

L'appartement est grand, propre, lumineux, confortable, idéalement placé dans la ville intra-muros. Tout près des plages et des remparts. Le propriétaire est charmant, et a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Je recommande très vivement cette location qui a contribué à nous faire passer d'excellentes vacances à Saint-Malo ! Cadre idéal.

Appartement confortable et accueillant

Cela fait 3 ans que nous venons séjourner à Saint-Malo intramuros et cette location est la plus agréable que nous ayons testée. Tout est prévu pour qu'on s'y sente comme à la maison : le nécessaire du quotidien et un accueil très sympathique. Nous reviendrons volontiers une prochaine fois.

Appartement très agréable.

Appartement spacieux au cœur d'intra-muros. Grand salon-séjour ouvert sur la cuisine , très agréable, belle clarté grâce à la double exposition. Location très bien équipée, très propre. Contacts très cordiaux avec le propriétaire. Personne accueillante très sympathique. Nous recommandons cette location .
