Un petit break normand

Un beau gîte qui permet de belles sorties sur la côte normande à l'ouest et à l'est de Dieppe jusqu'au phare du Hourdel pour y voir des phoques. Un seul bémol, la route devant le gîte est passante.

Schöner Aufenthalt in der Normandie

Das Haus liegt wunderschön an der Durchgangsstraße von Saint Nicolas d' Alierment. Vom Autoverkehr hörte man nichts nur ab und zu die die Nachbarn. Es gab einen Holzkohlegrill und eine Feuerstelle für die lauen Sommerabende. Haben unsere Mahlzeiten gerne draußen genossen. Die Inneneinrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber zweckmäßig und ausreichend. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Geschirrtücher musste man selbst mitbringen. Die Vermieterin Veronique ist sehr freundlich. Gibt viele Tipps für den Aufenthalt in ihrem Haus und in der Umgebung. Wir hatten eine schöne Woche bei Veronique verbracht.

Urlaub in Saint-Nicolas-d'Aliermont

Wir sind eine Familie mit 2 Kindern und waren im Juli 2023 im Ferienhaus "Le Clos d'Aval Paulownia". Das Haus bietet viel Platz den man als Familie sich wünscht um Urlaub zu machen. Ein riesiger schön angelegter Garten zum Fußballspielen und großem Spielbereich für die Kinder und zahlreichen Schattenecken für die Eltern zum Entspannen; großzügiger Wohn-Ess-Bereich; gut ausgestattete Küche Waschmaschine; gemütlicher Schlafbereich oben mit zwei Schlafzimmern und geräumigen Schränken. Die beiden Vermieter Véronique und Stéphane sind sehr herzliche Menschen, die sich um Sorgen und Probleme kümmern und uns sogar in ihre Haus eingeladen und uns mit einigen selbstgemachten Spezialitäten beglückt haben. Supermärkte, Bäcker, Bank, Post, Apotheken, Hausärzte und sogar einige Bars und Restaurants sind teilweise fußläufig erreichbar Nach Dieppe zum Strand sind es ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Alabasterküste und die Normandie sind unbedingt sehenswert. Macht weiter so Gruß an Véronique und Stéphane

Sehr schöner Urlaub!

Da ich dieses Haus aufgrund der vielen positiven Kommentare für unseren Urlaub ausgesucht hatte wollte ich auch eins hier abgeben! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Vor allem der riesige Garten und der kleine Spielplatz, der mit der anderen Wohneinheit geteilt wird, waren unser Highlight. Im dem Haus findet man alles, was man braucht. Es gibt 2 Bäder und die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, sodass Kochen für mehrere Personen kein Problem ist! Babybett und Hochstuhl sind vorhanden. Die Vermieter haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und standen bei Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung! Wir wurden sogar mit selbstgemachten Spezialitäten empfangen. Der Ort ist ziemlich klein, kleinere Läden (Bäckerei, Metzgerei, kleiner Supermarkt) kann man zu Fuß erreichen aber ohne Auto ist ein längerer Aufenthalt dort nicht zu empfehlen. Nach Dieppe und zum Meer sind es ca. 15 min Fahrt! Wir haben einen wirklich tollen Urlaub dort verbracht und bedanken uns ganz herzlich bei Stéphane und Véronique!

GITE AVEC UN JARDIN SUPER

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Vivant en appartement, mes enfants ont grandement apprécié le jardin. La maison est bien équipée, il y avait tout ce dont on avait besoin. Je pense revenir.

Erholsame Ferien in Saint-Nicolas-d'Aliermont

Sehr geräumiges, gut ausgestattetes, sauberes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten. "Strategisch" günstige Lage an einer Straße in Richtung Dieppe und Umgebung (nach unseren Erfahrungen aber ohne störenden Verkehrslärm). Gute Infrastruktur vor Ort, attraktive Ausflugsziele in der Region, ca. 20min bis zum Meer. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

wir kommen gerne wieder

Wir waren zum 2. mal in diesem schönen Haus,dieses mal für 3 Wochen.Veronique und Stephan sind sehr zuvorkommende und freundliche Vermieter .Wir haben uns sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt auch in Zeiten von Corona. Wir werden das Ferienhaus sicher zun dritten mal mieten.

Trés belle et confortable location

Belle situation par sa proximité à la mer, la forêt et la voie verte. La forêt se trouve juste derrière la maison. Très bien équipée et adaptée pour les familles. Super grand jardin très bien entretenu. Les commerces sont à proximité Seul bémol, la rue principal Route de Dieppe est très passante. Nous avons eu un bon accueil et avons apprécié le cidre maison ( super bon) et le neufchâtel. Nous recommandons cette location aux voyageurs! William et Maryline

Wir waren 2 Wochen in diesem schönen Haus,und können uns nur den vielen positiven Bewertungen anschließen. Der Garten ist riesig und im Haus fehlt es auch an nichts. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen.

Un petit coin de Normandie.. .

Nous avons adoré tant la région que le gîte. Tout y est fonctionnel les jardin est idéale pour passer du temps en famille tout ça à une dizaine de minute des plages. Un petit coin de paradis en famille ou entre amis et des prioritaires vraiment chaleureux et au petit soin un vrai plus d'authenticité. Et oui c'est avec bcp de plaisir que nous reviendrons très bientôt!

Séjour conforme à nos attentes

Gîte spacieux et confortable, en bordure de route très passante. Commerces à proximité. Grand jardin avec terrain de pétanque et balançoires. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, disponibles et à l'écoute. Départ de nombreuses balades en forêt, châteaux, mer à 10 kms, jardins remarquables.

Tolles Ferienhaus! Super maison de vacances!

Wir sind eine Familie mit 4 kleinen Kindern und waren im Juli 2018 im Ferienhaus "Le Clos d'Aval Paulownia". Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus bietet allen Komfort, den man als Großfamilie braucht - riesiger Garten zum Fußballspielen und mit großem Spielbereich für die Kinder und zahlreichen Schattenecken für die Eltern zum Entspannen; großzügiger Wohn-Ess-Bereich; gut ausgestattete Küche, um die vielen leckeren französischen Spezialitäten zuzubereiten; Waschmaschine; gemütlicher Schlafbereich oben mit zwei Schlafzimmern und geräumigen Schränken. Die beiden Vermieter Véronique und Stéphane sind sehr herzliche Menschen, die sich um Sorgen und Probleme kümmern und uns sogar in ihre Haus eingeladen und uns mit einigen selbstgemachten Spezialitäten beglückt haben. Saint-Nicolas-d'Aliermont ist ein nettes kleines Örtchen, das alles für den täglichen Bedarf bietet - Supermärkte, Bäcker, Bank, Post, Apotheken, Hausärzte und sogar einige Bars und Restaurants. Nach Dieppe zum Strand sind es ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Alabasterküste ist umwerfend! Vielen Dank für einen großartigen Aufenthalt!! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Nous sommes une famille de 4 enfants et nous avons passé un congé formidable dans la gîte "Le Clos d'Aval Paulownia" en août 2018. La maison offre tout le confort qu'il faut comme grande famille - un très grand jardin pour jouer au foot, avec un terrain de jeux pour les enfants et des coins ombreux pour les parents; un grand salon, une cuisine bien équipée pour préparer des spécialités de la région, une machine à laver; deux chambres à l'étage supérieur avec des grandes armoires. Les deux propriétaires Véronique et Stéphane sont des personnes très chaleureuses qui s'occupent de tous les soucis et problèmes et nous ont même invités dans leur maison et nous ont offert quelques spécialités de leur jardin. Saint-Nicolas-d'Aliermont est une petite ville sympa qui offre tout ce qu'il faut pour la vie quotidienne: des supermarchés, des boulangers, une banque, une poste, des pharmacies, des médecins générales et même des bars et des restaurants. Il faut seulement 20 minutes en voiture pour aller à la plage de Dieppe. La Côte Albâtre est magnifique! Merci pour un séjour fantastique!!

tres agreable!

Nous étions 7 personnes, 4 adultes et 3 enfants. nous ne voulions plus repartir. La propriéte est très bien aménagée pour petits et grands. Les propriétaires sont très sympas et attentionnés. Nous reviendrons certainement l'année prochaine!
