Perfectly located for mountain biking and hiking straight from the house. Many restaurants, shops and galleries nearby. Our neighborhood is a cottage community, friendly and in a great location to enjoy all that Sedona has to offer. Located are close to the creek and events in town. A perfect home base for visitors to experience hiking, biking, fulfilling a spiritual experiences or that romantic get-away. Our home has been completely remodeled, EVERYTHING is brand new. The kitchen provides you with a gas range, complete collection of spices for gourmet cooking, comfortable beds, designer sheets, ultimate comfort! Please open drawers and look around, get acquainted with your surroundings, it's all there for you to use. We have subscribed to Netflix's for our guests for unlimited movie watching. Also available for rent on the property are two detached studios that will accommodate a combined total party of up to 11 people. These are available as long as the dates are available at time of booking for an additional fee. The Rising Sun Casita accommodates two people with a queen size bed and it's own kitchen, bathroom and parking space. Cozy with great location

This was our second stay here and we loved it just as much as the first time. Great location for just about everything. I took morning and evening walks around the neighborhood and it's just gorgeous everywhere you look. The home is well appointed with comfy and cozy furnishings. It's quiet and the beds are very comfortable, so I slept great. My favorite part of the stay was sitting on the porch enjoying morning tea or afternoon happy hour just looking at the view and watching the wildlife...deer, quail and javelina. I image there will be a third stay in the future.

Gorgeous setting, close to everything!

Wonderful casita, easy walk to Tlapaque and Uptown, quiet neighborhood. Well stocked kitchen complete with numerous spices. Beds were comfortable, patio area was a plus to relax after hiking. Entrance to Brewer Trail was just down the street, great hike up to airport mesa with expansive 360 degree views. Highly recommend!

This home is a total gem. Full of light and charm. The location is perfect and very convenient.

Beautiful home! Perfect for cozy weather, conveniently located! The hosts are very friendly and available for questions. The kitchen is adorable!! And every room has a special cozy corner for reading, meditating or just gazing into the gorgeous views! Can’t wait to come back❣️

Beautifully located Casita near town

Property was unexpectedly beautiful interior-wise. Typically when you stay at a VRBO the interiors aren't very attractive. This property is not the case. We loved waiting for the javelina highway in the morning. Pretty cool. The property is located in a great place because once you leave you can go Left or Right onto HW89. Going Left takes you to the trails and shopping. Right takes you into downtown. - comfy beds - big screen TV for family movie night - circle driveway parking

Great location!

We had a wonderful stay in Sedona! The location of this home is perfect to shopping, restaurants, trails and sites. The owner was responsive. The home was stocked with everything we needed for our family of 5. The only 1 thing we would have loved was a washer and dryer. There are laundry facilities close by if needed. Would definitely recommend this home again!

Cute house! Clean and uncluttered, well stocked if you plan to use the kitchen. Perfect location for all the things Sedona has to offer. A quiet back yard to relax in after a day of hiking/shopping. Check-in was super easy, and communication was great! Would highly recommend!

Location is perfect!

Happy we picked this house for our trip to Sedona. As in other reviews, the location is perfect! So close to shopping and restaurants. Brewer Trail is right across the street and is a great hike! House was spacious enough for our family of 4. Great couch to lounge on after a day of hiking. Communication was wonderful with the homeowners. Only complaint was the ceiling fan in the bedroom did not work and the bed sheets in that room looked as though they weren't changed. Hair was on the pillows and sheets. But this did not put a damper on our stay. We would come back to this house again.

Wish we could have stayed longer!

This was the perfect place for us! Beautiful views, perfect location for everything, quiet, and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again! The only thing that would have made things better would have been having a washer/dryer on location. Thanks for sharing your home!

Lovely little cottage house

We really enjoyed this property. It is located very close to downtown Sedona, in a quiet neighborhood. The house was beautiful and had two nice outside areas for eating and hanging out. My only suggestion to the host would be to add a resource guide to the house; there were a few things that were unclear that having a book for guests would have helped with. Other than that, we loved our stay here!!!

So cute I'd like to live here

This property was exactly as advertised, and so cute I wanted to move in forever. Very comfortably furnished. The outdoor spaces were cozy and the outdoor dining area had incredible views. Everything was well maintained, and the hosts were available for questions. Close to interesting sites, shopping and restaurants, but still an out of the way feel. I highly recommend!

This property was perfect for us!

The home was beautiful and very close to the main drag in Sedona. The setting was gorgeous, and we enjoyed sitting on the patio and looking at the red rocks. Even though we were close to everything, less than a mile from Tlaquepaque Village, it was very quiet there and in a residential setting. The living area was huge, and it would be good for a family. The kitchen was fully equipped; and although we just fixed breakfasts, we could have fixed full meals. I highly recommend this property. In addition, the owner was very prompt in answering any questions I had and gave us suggestions on where to eat and what to do.

We loved our stay!

We loved our stay at this property. The location was perfect, but more than that, the house was very comfortable, clean, and exactly what we needed. It felt like home and we were sad to leave. Our highlight was watching a group of javelinas run right by the window one morning as we were drinking coffee. Can't wait to stay here again some day!
