Sedona Nice!

Great place in a great location that is very close to everything in town and close to all of the great hiking trails that are all over this wonderful city. It might be a smaller VRBO, but it's big enough to accommodate two fairly big people and has all the amenities needed for a lengthy trip - kitchen, dining area, bathroom, bed, living room area, patio table and driveway are all proper. Thank you very much! We'll try to see you again very soon, will try to make a fall trip in 2026.

Cute little casita close to everything!

We loved our brief stay in Sedona. The location of this place was perfect - close to hiking, restaurants, shopping - but felt secluded and with awesome views from the patio. We loved the airport loop hike - got to see 360 degree views of the Sedona area. We were also fortunate to see javelinas, coyotes and deer near the casita!

This casita was wonderful! It was very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Unbeknownst to us Thanksgiving week is the busiest time of the year there, but we were able to find some not so busy hiking areas. It was very clean and the bed was really comfortable! Only two small complaints. When’s we arrived we had to leave the windows open because of the cooking smell. It was a little strong, but aired out pretty quickly. The front door key pad was a little difficult to use, but we managed! We would definitely stay again!

Everything I needed! Peaceful Retreat...

This is an amazing Casita, located SO near to many things in Sedona and yet private, secluded, and just peaceful beyond anything you could dream of!! Marianne the owner is just AMAZING! So accommodating, and great communication! Always gets back to you so promptly. The Casita itself is a hidden gem! Clean, organized, easy to find everything! Brewer Trail Head just steps away from the front door, and Airport Mesa Vortex and 15min hiking distance from the trail head. Sleeping near a vortex is pretty amazing! Slept so well.. Family of deer visits the property 3-4 times a day and hangs out in the back yard! This casita is walking distance to the Art Gallery Mall, and even Uptown Sedona! So close to to the "Y" 89A/179 hwys. Short driving distance to Sedona's most amazing and powerful sights... I cannot say enough about how wonderful this property is! Marianne and her husband created the perfect spot for guests to truly immerse themselves into Sedona, if you are visiting for the first time or not. The energy they created for their properties is charming and lots of detail is paid attention to! I got to be the very first person to walk on their newly paved red rock walkway to the back of the casita, where you gaze upon nature and the Red Rock Formations. (Check it out during sunrise and sunset.. WOW!!) I am now a repeat guest to this property. Marianne is just wonderful. Thank you so so much!! Cant wait to come back!!

Honeymoon Stay

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. It was incredibly cozy. The bed was clean, soft and comfortable. The house is truthfully right there in the heart of Sedona. It was so easy to plan activities and do so much on our trip because of how close everything was. At the same time, it's up a winding road in the mountain so it feels secluded and private. If you are staying for an extended period, the kitchen is not great for preparing food. We ate out for every meal, and unfortunately there was no microwave so we couldn't reheat any leftovers. Also there was a pretty bad ant problem. They stayed in the kitchen area so it didn't bother us, but it was another reason the kitchen was unusable. The views from the window are indeed beautiful, but we had to keep the blinds closed for the 5 nights we were there because the windows actually face right towards the road so there is no privacy with them open and being a single room house the windows provide a view inside to everything. Overall it was an amazing stay and I would absolutely stay there again. The couple of negative comments are just to set expectations for others. I highly recommend this home.

Great view

Nice and clean with great view. Very small, but good location. I would not call this area walkable. Lots of traffic and extremely dark at night. The darkness did give great star watching.

Sedona studio stay

The studio was very clean and this was pleasant. We were surprised to find that the carport didn’t have access to park in as pictured. We were also surprised that this unit was in a neighborhood as there were pictures of a wooded area with a stream in the pictures of the unit. At the time of the stay there were internet issues that was not the owners fault, but was disappointing. Communication from the owner by email was prompt and much appreciated. Location close to main road 98A which was an easy access point.

Incredible location, cute spot

We had a great time. The Casita was perfect for just my partner and I. It was in an incredible location with lots of red rock views, a 2 minute walk from brewer trail, which we hiked twice. Is also super close to tlaquepaqe, slide rock, and uptown. The kitchen had enough supplies for us to cook dinner. The ac worked great which was appreciated. The place was clean with attention paid to the small details. Only small qualm is the Roku on the TV wouldn't connect to the wifi provided, which worked fine on our phones. I reached out to the hosts for help with this, but there wasn't much they could do. We ended up hot spotting the Roku to use the TV. Overall great stay.

Perfect little oasis!

I think my favorite part of this property was the privacy. There are neighboring homes, but its nestled in the middle of a small quiet community. It was exactly as pictured and the host was communicative without being overbearing like most Air B&B hosts may be. We hadnt met, byt they were just a text away. 10/10 would stay here again.

Very enjoyable stay

We loved the location, the casita was cute and perfect for our needs. So quiet and a quick walk to Boynton trailhead. We were excited to find some additional supplies in the bathroom like sun lotion, which we had forgotten to bring. I have only one comment on the flip side, although very minor, it would be nice to have a welcome book with a few instructions on tv, and perhaps local info like short cuts to the main areas and directions to Boynton trail and closest grocery stores, etc. There are also no chairs out front and if you have any type of mobility issues, getting into the casita the 'bridge' was a little wobbly. Again, very minor, and we enjoyed the stay and would come back.

Perfect for a solo traveler!

I stayed here for 2 nights when I was in Sedona to photograph a wedding. It was a perfect little spot for me - I didn’t cook or anything but the mini fridge and kitchenette was handy for what I needed. It was also a fabulous location for me! The wedding I photographed was at Tlaquepaque which was just a quick drive away. Nice little place for 1 or 2 guests!
