•Bedroom 3: Queen bed with large windows to let in the soft winter sunshine. An ensuite bathroom allows easy and private access to take care of all necessities!
•The den allows for comfy seating on the couch or for additional guest to sleep on the brand new updated sofa bed.

As of April 2021, the wood burning fireplaces was replaced with a gas fireplace.

Crescent Ridge Condos are a coveted location for those who like to walk to Park City to ski. Nestled at the base of the Park City mountain in between two ski lifts, this condo is very desirable and easily accessed. It's located on the dead end street so minimal traffic. (the street's dead end is the ski slopes!)

Park City free bus stop is down the street, it will take you to the main base at Park City Mountain Resort or up to Historic Main Street.

Please note, there is a 4% non-refundable transaction fee for any cancellations.
First rule, have a wonderful time in magical Park City!
Please do not bring skis or poles in the house.
Please do not wear ski boots in the house.
Please do not smoke in or around the property. There is absolutely no smoking allowed and your deposit will be forfeited if there is any sign of smoking.
Please remove shoes when entering the home.
There are no pets allowed.
Please be courteous of the neighbors. Quiet time is from 10PM to 7AM.
