Want to stay in a beautiful renovated Briard house in the countryside in a family of good live?
Shared entrance with the owner, large parking to park his car with closed course.

Quiet, close to Disney, two rooms are ready to welcome you.
A large bedroom with a 160 cm bed and another bedroom with 2 single beds. Bed sheets and towels included.
The rooms are upstairs. It is possible to book up to 4/5 people.

Bathroom and WC located on the ground floor.

Fully equipped kitchen (KRUPS Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge and oven)

You will have the internet connection of the house.

A bakery and a tobacco bar are 1 km away.

The car is essential for your travels, shopping and going to the Saint-Germain-sur-Morin bus station to then take bus 19 (stops every 15 minutes) to get to Disney.

Perfekt trifft es genau
Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich. Die Wohnung ist perfekt z. B. für einen Aufenthalt im Disneyland das nur 15 min entfernt ist. In der Nähe ist ein Bäcker, Supermarkt Tankstelle und MC Donalds.

Gelungene Tage
Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll und sauber eingerichtet, alles wichtige ist vorhanden. Sylvie und Rudi sind immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend gewesen und sind uns gerne in allen Fragen und Anliegen entgegen gekommen.Die Wohnung selber liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend mit schneller Anbindung zu einem großen Einkaufszentrum und der Autobahn in Richtung Disneyland

Tolle Ferienwohnung
Der Aufenthalt war wirklich traumhaft! Nicht nur das Wetter hat mitgespielt sondern auch die super Unterkunft bei Sylvie und Rudi haben zu 100% überzeugt. Wir haben die Faschingswoche im Disneyland arhr genossen. Die Anbindung könnte besser nicht sein. Nur 10 km und fast nur geradeaus. Einen großen Supermarkt gibt es auch in 1,5 km Entfernung. Die Gespräche mit Rufi waren auch sehr offen und herzlich. Ich kann dese Unterkunt nur empfrhlen!!!

Des hôtes adorables, un logement parfait, il n'y manque rien. A 15mns du parc Eurodisney, cette location nous a permis de faire vivre à notre grande fille une expérience parfaite. Merci encore à Sylvie et Rudi de nous avoir accueillis chez vous !

Ideal für Disneyland und Paris
Die Unterkunft ist eine preisgünstige Alternative für den Besuch von Disneyland und Paris. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und man kann sich gut für die Ausflüge des Tages eindecken. Ein Wohnzimmer etc ist nicht vorhanden, aber man ist ja eh den ganzen Tag unterwegs. Disneyland ist sehr gut mit dem Bus zu erreichen, dafür 10 Minuten Autofahrt und anschließend 20 Minuten mit dem Bus direkt vor den Eingang, wo man nicht mit den Massen vom Parkplatz und der Metro ankommt, sodass der Sicherheitscheck recht schnell geht und auch nach der Parade kommt man mit dem Bus gut weg. Nach Paris kann man am Einkaufszentrum Val d' Europe parken und mit der Metro A regelmäßig in 30 Minuten bis nach Paris fahren. Wir können die Wohung und die Gastgeber sehr empfehlen.

Wir können die Wohnung von Sylvie und Rudi im vollen Umfang empfehlen. Sie hat alles, was man braucht und ist von der Lage her optimal, um nach Paris oder zum Disneyland zu fahren. Rudi und Sylvie sind tolle Gastgeber. Wir haben immer schnell eine Antwort auf unsere Fragen bekommen. bekommen.

Fantastic Stay
We stayed 4 nights. Sylvie and Rudi are lovely owners, really helpful and very friendly. We had everything we needed. The downstairs of the rental is small, but we were out all day so did not matter. Very close to Disney by car. Nice area Crecy La Chappele

Bis auf eine Klimaanlage in den Schlafräumen haben wir nichts vermisst. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden, wenn wir wieder nach Paris reisen, gern dort nochmal übernachten.

Ein herzliches DANKESCHÖN an Rudi und Sylvie! Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und es gab einige nützliches Tipps und Hinweise! Die Ferienwohnung ist klein, sauber und gemütlich. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren vorhanden. Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Bad und beide Schlafzimmer recht modern ausgestattet. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt!!! Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und hat den typischen, französischen Stil. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und man hat alles was man benötigt. Die Gastgeber Sylvie und Rudi sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden diese Wohnung bei einem weiteren Aufenthalt in Frankreich mieten.

Wir haben die Unterkunft gebucht weil Sie nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto von Disneyland entfernt war. Durch die Küche konnten wir unseren Proviant fur den Parc vorbereiten. Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich und mega hilfsbereit.

Wohlfühlen ganz in der Nähe zum Disneyland
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Disneyland ist nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Bus entfernt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und total hilfsbereit. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und auch die Betten sind sehr bequem. Das Badezimmer ist ausreichend groß, die Dusche schön warm. Paris (Zetrum) erreicht man in gut einer Stunde. Wir haben nichts auszusetzen und würden die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen

Tolle Ferienwohnung
Der Empfang von Sylvie und Rudi war sehr herzlich, die Wohnung bietet Platz für 4 Personen und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Jetzt zur Weihnachtszeit war es in der Wohnung und auch außerhalb sehr liebevoll Weihnachtlich geschmückt. Von Bouleurs aus ist man mit dem Auto in ca 20 Minuten am Bahnhof Esbly, von dort fahren regelmäßig Züge nach Paris. Von der Unterkunft bis zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es ca 3 Minuten mit dem Auto. Sylvie und Rudi wohnen direkt nebenan und stehen für Fragen immer zur Verfügung, sie haben uns auch am ersten Tag ein Blatt mit Informationen zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr gegeben. Wir würden diese Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen.

C'est bon
Wir waren 2 Tage zu Besuch und mit den Kindern im Disneyland. Der Park ist sehr schnell erreichbar... 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu einem kostenlosen Parkplatz und dann noch 12 Minuten zum Disneyland mit dem Bus. Es war sehr schön uns hat auch die Wohnung mit der Terrasse und kleinem Garten sehr gefallen. Wir würden es wieder so buchen. Sylvie und Rudi sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bis zum nächsten Mal 😊

Der Empfang war herzlich, die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und die Wohnung liebevoll eingerichtet mit allem, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Betten bequem. Die Terasse im gemeinsamen Garten lädt nach einem ereignisreichen Tag zum Verweilen ein. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr empfehlenswert! Merci à Sylvie et Rudi ♡

Stayed here for 3 nights in august as very close to Disney, the house is beautiful and Rudi and Sylvie the perfect hosts. They went above and beyond when we had an unfortunate incident with our car. Would definitely stay here again.
