Villa Castagnola is Caribbean-style Villa securely located in the prestigious community of Dorado Beach East, a Ritz Carlton Reserve. Championship golf courses, exclusive golf clubhouse, several tennis courts, volleyball courts, pristine beach access with beach club pool, several water sports, $12 million water park including slides, rope bridges and a lazy river. Enjoy 6 restaurants within the community or head back home to Villa Castagnola's private pool with a swim up bar and outdoor gourmet kitchen/bbq.

Villa Castagnola is set up with all the amenities needed for your stay. The sleeping configurations are as follows;

Master Bedroom #1 - King Bed with Master Bath (including rain shower, bathtub, double sinks, toilet and bidet.

Master Bedroom #2 - King Bed with Master Bath (including shower, jetted bathtub, double sinks, toilet and bidet.

Bedroom #3 - Queen Bed with Bath (including sink, shower/bath).

Bedroom #4 - King Bed with Bath (including sink, shower/bath).

Bedroom #5 - Queen Bedroom with 2 Twin Club Chairs and Bath (including sink, shower/bath).

The home also has a half bath on the main floor and a full bath pool side.

Please note, this Villa has a specific allowance for electricity usage which covers normal use per day. Excess electricity usage may be deducted from the Security deposit that is on hold with VRBO. To avoid that please be mindful and turn off the AC units when you are not in the room.

Gorgeous home and neighborhood. Lots to keep everyone entertained and happy. Jennifer was very easy to communicate with and helpful! Our 2 teenagers said it was their favorite place we have ever been!

Wonderful Home in Dorado Beach

We had a great stay at the villa - it actually looks better than the photos. Was clean with plenty of linens and towels. Communication with Jennifer was great and the check-in/check-out process were seamless. We were a group of 8 with extended family and this is the perfect outpost to spend time in the Dorado Beach area. Had golf carts to get around easily, and kids loved the pool at the house and the beach club, as well as the watermill water park.

Our Christmas stay at this residence was a dream come true for our multigenerational family of 13, ranging from 5 to 75 years old. From the moment we booked, Jennifer proved to be an extraordinary host, answering any and all questions and being very responsive throughout our stay ensuring that every family member had an unforgettable experience.The property itself exceeded our expectations. The spacious layout accommodated our entire family's needs, offering both gathering spaces for shared moments and quiet corners for peaceful relaxation. The pool became a favorite spot for all the kids and the lounging area was perfect for reading or snoozing. Inside, the family made good use of the theatre room during rainy periods. Her suggestions made it effortless to arrange airport transfers and amazing experiences, from connecting us with private chef Omar Alvarez, who created memorable family dinners, to organizing golf cart rentals through Tony for easy resort navigation. The warm and attentive housekeeping team, expertly led by Mari, kept everything immaculate.Our Christmas Eve was magical, with our whole family singing carols during our golf cart ride to the Buena Noche feast at the Ritz Carlton hotel– a moment we'll cherish forever. The younger generation was thrilled with the Ambassadors of the Environment program, where they captured underwater photography while snorkeling, creating priceless memories. Without hesitation, we would highly recommend this property.

Amazing well kept home in Dorado

We had an enjoyable short stay and took the golf cart to the beach each day. We would stay here again, the pool area outside is really nice, its resort like.

Beautiful Home Conveniently Located by South Gate in DBE

Great location, great house, easy to access, wonderful experience would recommend. Pool and pool house are great place to stash your teenagers.

Great Property

Everything is as advertised. I have reached out to Jennifer twice since my first visit to Dorado Beach East attempting to rent her property again. Not sure there is a nicer place to visit than Dorado Beach. House was great and Jennifer was very responsive to the couple questions I had. We hit two of her nearby food recommendations and have since gone back to both. The outdoor pool area is outstanding. Although we did not cook, the kitchen seemed to be very well appointed. Check in was seamless with golf cart and club membership cards waiting on us when we arrived. You will not be disappointed.

great vacation in PR

This is a wonderful and well appointed property in Dorado Beach East, PR. We had 3 adults and 3 kids and more than enough space to live comfortably for the week. The pool area, including the grill area adjacent to pool, was key for the kids. The house had great AC and plenty of typical household items already stocked. It's a short golf cart ride to the golf club, water park, fitness center, and Ritz Reserve property. Jennifer and her local contacts were very responsive to any questions or requests that we had during the trip. We would definitely come back and recommend to others, even you have up to 10 people in your group.

Annual family vacation

House was perfect with plenty of room for our two families. Good location in the resort with easy transportation with use of golf cart. Pool area was beautiful and we enjoyed in the morning and evening. Owner and property managers are very responsive and attentive. We definitely hope to come back again! Breathtaking home made for a perfect vacation!

We loved staying here and will definitely be back. The home is furnished beautifully, it is very clean, and has everything you could want. The home had it all, from the kitchen and entertaining areas, to the comfortable beds and nice linens, it exceeded our expectations. Top it all off with an incredible pool and we were set. It has amazing waterfall features and we swam day and night. The outdoor BBQ and swim up bar were also a highlight. The owner is responsive and great to work with. We highly recommend this property!

We'll be back!

This home was AMAZING! Everything exceeded our expectations in every way. We especially loved the waterfall feature at the pool and the swim up bar with stools and full gourmet kitchen and bbq...and to our surprise (not mentioned in the villa description) was a large TV at the bar area where we watched movies at night and swam. The villa was spacious, super clean and equipped with all the amenities we needed. The resort is incredible! We will definitely book this villa again for next year. Sincerely, E.V.F.

Amazing!!!

I hope everyone will read my review. I read the first review for this house, but still decided to stay, due to the owners reply. I was completely taken back at how beautiful, clean, orderly and easy the house was to rent. Everything worked perfectly. Pool was spectacular with a great Bbq and bar set up. I have no idea why the previous family would leave such a negative review, other than the island was hit really bad by a hurricane. We were so happy. They had a nice lady we could call for any needs, who also checked us in and showed us the house. From one guest to another, you’ll have a fabulous time. Plus the resort is nothing short of amazing, if you haven’t already been. Good Luck!

Not As Expected

Sadly, we were disappointed with our stay at this property as it was misrepresented in the description. The house, as you see in the pictures, has the potential to be wonderful and the owner is nice to work with, unless there is a problem. However, many things were in disrepair, and I would ensure that they are now in working order before renting the property. These items were: -leaking onto electrical outlets and wires and mildew in pool house bedroom rendering it uninhabitable. -Pool heater broken, we were told it needed a new valve. -The spa is not heated. -Outdoor television has no power. -Golf cart brakes don't work properly. -Front entryway lights, lights over outdoor stairs to pool house and many other outdoor lights burned out or not working. This was a bit dangerous and we missed steps and slipped on a few occasion. -Many indoor lights burned out or not working. -Master shower thermostatic valve stuck to very hot and we could not use the shower. -No information about how to get hotel passes or the surrounding area was provided. -All closets are filled with owners items and there is no room for personal belonging that you bring. We were really looking forward to this trip as, again, it looks wonderful and it does have a lot of potential. I would just make sure the items above have been fixed.
