Such a great property! Would absolutely stay again

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The condo was clean, gorgeous beach views, well stocked, comfortable beds. The pools were great for the kids and quick access to the beach was amazing. It is also close to grocery and restaurants. I do not have a single complaint. We would absolutely stay here again.

Quick fall break trip

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was super clean and we had plenty of room to accommodate our family. Highly recommend this location.

Disappointed in unit not stay

The view was amazing. This is one of the few condos that DID NOT come with chair rental. The internet connection was HORRIBLE! We have stayed in other units and won’t stay in this one again. The furniture is old. The cleaning crew was short handed and did the minimum for us to get in. There was glass in the floor so it wasn’t swept properly. There were no baking sheets or oven mitts. We stay here every year but haven’t stayed in this unit before. We won’t stay in this one again.

Steps to the beach

We loved this condo for its pool and proximity to the beach. We were also pleasantly surprised to find the carpet in the pics had been replaced with hard floors. The condo was a very spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. I could literally hear the waves from my bed. As other posters mentioned, it needs a good, deep cleaning and new living room furniture/mattress on the sofa bed. This did not affect our stay.

Great Experience

This property was perfect for a week's long getaway with friends. The condo was very clean and very convenient to shops and restaurants!

Updates needed

The property is in need of an update with some repairs needed. The floors were dirty and the condo had a musty smell. #1 MUST - replace the carpet and damaged molding around the main door. Many of the furnishings have missing knobs, drawers hard to open, and picture missing from the wall. The second bath has a pedestal sink, but with no counter space, it becomes difficult to get dressed. A small wall table would probably help. The Palacio has a good location, but we’ve stayed in nicer condos for the rental price.

Condition of property was “tired”. Worn carpet, chipped paint on all walls, uncomfortable furniture. Not a good value at all for the price. Would not stay there again. By far my poorest VRBO experience.

Great location and really nice swimming pool

We highly recommend this property. It is very convenient in the middle of Perdido Key. It is a short walk to the beach. The unit needs some touch up such as baseboards and some painting but those are minor items.

Our vacation was beautiful. Property, beaches and weather were great. Very enjoyable.

The condo was nice but could use some deep cleaning. Chairs had stains, base boards had chipped paint, could use some more bath towels at check in. We did laundry every day because we only had a handful of towels. Of few more cooking amenities world be nice too. (Spatula, a few more larger serving bowls, etc...) All in all our time was very enjoyable and we didn’t spend much time in the condo. Just some observations.
