Stay in this Cozy house located in the popular Hight Point Terrace neighborhood. This neighborhood was built in the 1950's and the original grocery store is still in business. Also, a Hight Point Pub and Pizza joint are just a couple of blocks away. This property is about 20 minutes from Beale Street, and Graceland. The popular Midtown and Cooper Young area are 10 to 15 minutes from this property. The property has been completely renovated, has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Unfortunately this property is non-motorcycle friendly due to neighborhood.

Loved it

I grew up in this neighborhood and the area is nice, the house is perfect. Smart Tvs in every bedroom and wifi - what else do you need? Super cute and the owner is awesome and available when needed...even if it's just to turn on the TV.....yes, that happened! :)

Great family time in Mempy

This home was a great choice for our family of five that included 3 young adults. Comfy rooms. Well equipped kitchen that made it easy to make meals. A very comfy living room, too. Quiet cul-de-sac very convenient to lots of places.

Great Place to stay!

We are moving down to the Memphis area and this home made for a great place to stay as we were waiting to close on our house. Only issue, I am tall and the front porch light hangs low... Ouch. Plenty of room for 6 people and Alice makes sure you have everything you need. Great area and relatively close to everything Memphis!

Cute little place! Allergic to mold?

We enjoyed this home for the most part. The beds were comfortable. We did notice there was mold growing in one of the bedrooms and unfortunately my FIL became so bothered by it that he had to sleep on the couch. Since there is only 1 bathroom, additional mirrors would have been nice to have in the bedrooms. The owner was very pleasant to deal with from arrival to departure. Would consider renting again if we knew the mold was gone.

Cozy house next to greenline

I stayed at the house with my husband and 2 year old twins and it worked great for us. The place has everything one could need, the street was quite but yet close to many attractions in Memphis. We loved its proximity to the Greenline. I also found it super cool to be able to walk to the Highpoint grocery store and restaurants/pubs. The backyard had a small playset, which was a cool bonus and kept my kids entertained. Finally, Alice was very helpful and quickly responded to my messages. I will definitetly recommend this place to anyone.

Would Definitely Stay Again!

My family and I, stayed at Alice’s property for one week, and our stay was safe, enjoyable, and comfortable. Everything we needed, in ample supplies, in terms cooking, eating, and drinking, utensils, toiletries, and linens were provided. Because we were visiting Memphis for the first time, we had some safety concerns. Alice allayed those concerns over the phone, and when we arrived at the property, those concerns were definitely put rest. The property is located in a safe location, evidenced by the fact that people were walking around late at nights with their pets, without it seems, much concerns for their safety. It is a short drive to supermarket(s), Costco, and a major shopping mall. Downtown Memphis was also a short drive away. We would definitely stay at this property again.
