Footpaths from the condo take you along the river, or a short 200yds to the Quicksilver Ski Lift, and the Peak 9 Base where you will find all skier services. With the Breckenridge Ski resort and Arapahoe National Forest on one side, you are still just a 2 block walk from the south end of beautiful Main Street Breckenridge.
Living Room/View:
This newly renovated condo unit (B302) is 1,200 square feet of open vacation space! Large windows all across the back of the unit invite you to look out over a peaceful mountain river flowing through the Blue Spruce Trees. Looking back inside, you’ll find plenty of seating beside the warm fire, in a spacious living room. The 55” tv is great for watching movies after a long day, and the electric recliner is a great spot to curl up with a book and a view. Our building’s internet system has recently been upgraded, and is sure to be one of the fastest in town! The new washer and dryer will help make sure your clothes stay clean and dry, and the pull-out couch bed is nice for guests.
Kitchen:
The cherry wood and granite countertop gourmet kitchen is sure to impress, and comes with everything necessary to enjoy a meal at home after a long day on the slopes: coffee maker and tea kettle, microwave, stove, oven, full refrigerator/freezer. Enjoy meals with family and friends at the dining room table for 6, or the 3 chairs seated at the bar. You’ll find everything you need in this fully outfitted kitchen!
Bedrooms:
The master bedroom has a large east facing mountain view from a luxurious king size bed. The on-suite master bathroom is spacious and well lit with plenty of closet space and granite countertops. The second bedroom has an equally stunning mountain view from an extremely solid “Queen over Queen” bunk bed designed to support 4 adults with plenty of extra space for luggage on the floor, or in the closet. Both Queen bunks have a touch LED reading light, so they double as great private reading nooks. The second bedroom is setup to use the full hallway bathroom.

Other amenities include a completely renovated outdoor heated pool, 3 outdoor hot tubs, and the beautiful new bathroom/shower/clubhouse facility. (Please keep in mind the pool will open November 12th for the 2021/22 season).

There’s a washer and dryer on unit. But please be aware, that we installed a ventless dryer due to the condo being built long time ago and they never did the pipes for the vents. This dryers do tend to dry in more time than the regular ones. They can take quite a long time, so our suggestion is to start with the dryer, and then use the drying rack. It’s so dry on the mountains, that everything will be dry in 1 day.
Ski lockers are located outside the condo front door for your convenience. This unit utilizes a keypad entry system, and a personalized code will be sent prior to check-in.
