Comfortable place to stay! We appreciated the different firmness choices of the bed mattresses (one was firm, one medium, and the twins were soft). Kitchen had some nice touches-- spices, some condiments, and plastic food containers. Thank you for having the hot tub water hot when we got there so we could get in without waiting for the water to warm up - that was a huge plus!! Everyone else's reviews was spot-on about the driveway - description and photos do not fully disclose the steepness, sharp curves and limited turn around space for large or multiple vehicles; due to tree coverage, it also had a fair amount of algea growth which resulted in slipperyness and some falls (on upper part of drive near the house as well as all along the length). We ultimately parked at the bottom of driveway and walked up and down due to difficulty managing large vehicle (we had a Denali) on driveway. Driveway hike provided a quick, good workout though! Located in nice neighborhood which provided opportunity for some pleasant walks. Close to/conveniently located with lots of local stuff to do. Directions on how to work tv remotes would have been appreciated. Fuzball table was a big hit! The only "baby & toddler games" provided was a 125 piece puzzle. Overall clean, comfortable place to rent with some good amenities! Thank you for opening up your home; we came away with lots of good memories from our trip to Gatlinburg!
