The apartment is new with a modern design and a clean look. There is a private entrance and large balcony for you to enjoy. There is a full kitchen with all the the amenities, along with a blow up queen mattress for living room if you need to sleep 2 additional guests. We are 1.5 miles to Huntington beach, 2.3 miles to Newport beach, 4.7 miles to John Wayne airport. Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm are less than a 30 min drive. There are many restaurants, bars and stores within minutes of our house with Uber and Lyft available quickly if you do not have a car.

Very clean and well located.

All arrival instructions were clear and easy, with ample parking and great access to rental. Very private, comfortable and clean.We will definitely book here again!

Costa Mesa getaway

Perfect spot for our little trip. This oversized 1 bedroom has everything you need and more. Close to great restaurants, local shops and the beach! Our hosts Michelle and Greg were wonderful they even made recommendations on their favorite local places to eat. We will definitely stay here on our next trip.

Nice new place, convenient location

Very nice, newly built apartment above the garage with a spacious outdoor patio for eating. Parking was plentiful and easy. The location was central to the Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa, and Newport Beach area. We hope to come again!

Lovely roomie VRBO

The property was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipped and great for cooking. The king size was comfortable too. We enjoyed visiting the beach areas as well as visits to our children. It was a wonderful place to stay and we hope to return.

Great place to stay!

The apartment was clean, modern, and cozy! We took our small dog with us and the patio area attached was a great place to hangout with him. Also, the king bed was a plus! The only downside I would say is there was just a shower and not a shower/tub combination as listed. It was also a short drive to Huntington Dog Beach which we all loved!

Enjoyed our Stay

Located in a quiet neighborhood with a short drive to Huntington Beach or Newport Beach. My wife and I, with our toy poodle, enjoyed the visit. The unit was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities you might expect. There was always available street parking near the residence. The owners, who live on the property, were very attentive to our communications. We will likely return to this rental in the future.

had a week trip to costa mesa, found this property that was located perfect for me. i stayed with my dog, he also enjoyed the place. close to everything, good parking and all the utilities work good. i definitely recommend to anyone this property, and i will be back for sure.

Great place near LA beaches!

We were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable, quiet and convenient this unit is. Everything works great, the neighbourhood is lovely and we had a great stay. We will definitely look here first if we need a place in this region again. We stayed for 9 nights and it just felt like home. Thanks to our host Greg for great communication and help while we were here. Highly recommend this home away from home.

Weekend getaway with our pup

Our stay was absolutely lovely! It’s a very quiet street and being over the garage meant we didn’t hear the bustling of daily life in the house. Our pup loved the bed provided for her and the bed for us was also very comfortable. The patio is a lovely addition and feels very private. Overall a very clean and pleasant place to stay. We will definitely be back!

Just right!

The property was just perfect for a workshop I was doing close by. I was warm, dry and loved having a place to cook my own meals. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, even as a single traveler. I never met the hosts in person but they responded immediately to all questions and information shared. Looking forward to staying again.

Perfect experience

Great location, quiet neighborhood, Was able to jog to the beach in the mornings. Had a flat tire on our suv, Greg had his compressor out before i got downstairs to assist us. Also thanks for letting us borrow the bbq pit, highly recommended

Perfect stay

This amazing little find is perfect for a SoCal visit. Walking distance to 2145 restaurant and a 7-11. Great back patio. Place was clean and modern. You can Uber to HB or Newport. I would recommend investing in E-bikes for guests. I would pay more per night for this as E-bikes could take guests just about anywhere in a 30 mile radius. Thanks for having us. Craig and Cindy

It was a very nice place to stay and close to where my sister lives. The only problem we had because of our ages the stairs were a little difficult for us. Did not realize when we booked. Maybe you should include that in the description other then that would recommend to everyone.

The apartment is brand new and very private. There is plenty of space for up to 4 people with flat screen TV's, good WiFi, AC and heat, large shower, and a washer/dryer. The balcony seats 6 with umbrellas for shade and is a good place to read or have a cup of coffee. There is plenty of street parking and our house is well lit throughout the night.
