We loved the property, views and location. The place had everything we needed. Antonieta was a great host and a wealth of local information! Thanks for a great stay! I’ll definitely be back.
5 of us stayed at the house and we loved the vibe inside the house, the location (super quiet and gorgeous views) and the communication with the house manager who was very responsive and accommodating. The outside area is very cute and the pool was a nice plus. Our only downside (besides maybe the steep walk from downtown) was that both bathrooms didn’t have doors to isolate them to the bedroom.
This house is really beautiful. The views are amazing. we enjoyed the quiet of the place at night after the neighboring construction crew went home. There is a loud a building project going on and they even work on Saturday. It looks like it will be going on for quite a while. The listing didn't mention that there are about 56 steps from parking area to the front door, so if you are elderly like us with bad knees this may not be the perfect place. Once you get up there is is so wonderful. Also we did not know there are two other apartments on top so it wasn't as private as we like. The two chairs by the pool are shared . The pool was hard to access as there is no railing by the steps so I could not use it. It is a beautiful and clean pool and the house is gorgeous. The outdoor sitting area is very nice. The furniture is comfortable Antonieta was so nice to work with. always helpful and very informative. She helped us with our golf cart and knows all of the local things to do. We would come back here someday.
Thanks to Kerry, Ricky and Anto for welcoming our family into their wonderful property. Everything was welcoming with no surprises, except a couple of friendly kitties, who we loved visiting with. Views were great, and the patio and pool area super comfortable. Really close to town and beach, couldn't be more convenient. One item to note is the property is on the edge of town which provides a bit of background noise on occasion but really not an big imposition. Thank you again as we really enjoyed our stay and hope we can visit Sayulita again soon. Feliz and Prospero Ano! Hank and Susan Jenkins
The house is really beautiful as is the view of the ocean. The azuela are beautiful and the colors inside the home were so lovely. It truly is a gorgeous home. The home is well stocked though none of the knives in the knife block were usable.
I do have some suggestions: Have a printed copy of house rules, how things work in the home from the wifi password to how to lock and unlock the gates etc.
There was one very unfortunate incident that I experienced. At the bottom of the steps there is an area with a electricity so that those who rent golf carts can charge them. We had a golf cart, as the property manager knew from the get go. Unfortunately, there are a lot of steep steps to climb and one day I went downstairs and there was a large truck blocking the power outlet that even with an extension cord provided to us by the golf cart company, wouldn't have been long enough. I immediately called the property manager and she gave quite a weak apology and said the truck belonged to her sister who would be right down to move the truck. This shouldn't have happened in the first place because, as I learned, her sister manages the property directly below this one, so she knew very well that she was blocking the electrical outlet. She did not apologize and in fact said she needs to be able to load/unload stuff or "her" home and that I would have to accept that and then she told me I was rude! I said if anyone is rude, it is you, who knows better than to block this area. She then moved her truck and went upstairs to continue her visit with her sister. I then walked back up the steps and slammed the gate because I was furious to be treated this way and was gobsmacked at how this all transpired. Antonieta did not make contact with me about this until the next day (which she thought I needed to calm down); that was not a good call. Further, she insulted me by saying my friend and I are old and don't move so well because we are old, and that the truck shouldn't have been parked there, blah blah.
Magical time at Ventana Al Cielo. Perfect. We were heartbroken to leave and will most definitely be back. Huge thanks to Kerry and Antonieta for being such great hosts! Mil gracias.
The property was just what we wanted, it had everything we needed. Just a few blocks away from down town and the beach. It was a steep climbing but we rented a golf car to get around.
Great accommodation with nice outdoor space. Spacious well equipped kitchen. beds were very comfortable. Patio was amazing. Maid did a great job. We were unfortunately there during a festival and it was very noisy very late for 4 nights in a row. Not something we are used to but definitely not the fault of the property. Very busy village. Lots of surfers and souvenir shops. Food was what you would expect in a Mexican village. Ample grocery stores. We rented a golf cart while there and were glad we did as the terrain is quite hilly.
We couldn't have asked for a better vacation. The location provides you with a panoramic view of town, the hills to the south and of course the ocean. Resting comfortably at the casa, enjoying sunshine and view, morning coffee and a short stroll away from the beach, bakery, and everything is available close by
Our hostess was the best!! Our house gave us everything we could want or need. Thanks so much for the wonderful memories. Easy process to book and great communication with owners
This property was great! It was beautiful, clean, well furnished, the kitchen was complete and usable, the view was fantastic and the ocean was very close by and the swimming pool was cool and refreshing. Sayulita is a really nice smaller destination in Mexico. The ocean generates some large waves on the beaches.
The property is perched on a hill and we really enjoyed the exercise coming and going to town and the beach. Golf carts can be rented for those who don't want to walk.
We would definitely go back to this same property for another vacation!!!!!

An incredible place, conveniently located
We were very happy with this place! It is really close to downtown and an even sorter walk to the "north beach." It is well-equipped and is just beautiful. The pool is perfect for a dip any time of day. The views are amazing. The caretaker on property is extremely friendly and we were well taken care of. Sayulita is an amazing little town.

Roomy garden apartment with killer views!
The property looks exactly like the pictures! Beautiful views and loved the Mexican theme to the place. There were 3 of us and having two full bathrooms was great! There is two massive king size beds in each room, a sofa bed in one of the rooms (this place could easily sleep 6 people). We had an awesome time and Antonieta was very helpful.
A few things to note: the apartment is a 5 minute walk into town, the last 50-100 meters are quite steep. Air conditioning is only in the bedrooms, but the place does stay quite cool during the day and there are lots of shady areas on the terrace.

Amazing stay. The four of us enjoyed every minute and were well taken care of by Ric and Kerry and their fantastic property manage Antonieta. Friends joined us on multiple occasions to enjoy what we nick named “Sunset Villa”. Great views, fantastic outdoor space and nice quiet location. Couldn’t ask for anything more. JWMK
