We offer our apartment in one of the sunniest regions of France.
Located in the Poitou Charente region, between La Rochelle-Angoulême-Niort-Poitiers-Royan and Bordeaux, close to the Marais Poitevin, Puy du Fou, Futuroscope, Ile de Ré and Oléron, the Zoo de the Palmyra and of course the beaches of the Atlantic coast, our cottage for 4 people (4 + 2 >>> sofa bed in bed of 2 people) classified 4 stars "Furnished tourism" welcomes you for a relaxing stay in the small village of Fontenille Saint Martin d'Entraigues and 4 km from all amenities. The accommodation of +/- 70 m² is attached to our house and is fully equipped:
- Covered 12 people, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and microwave, ceramic hob, ...
2 bedrooms: 1 with 140/200 beds and flat screen and dressing room, 2 nd bedroom with 2 beds of 90/190 with flat screen and dressing. A large living room (overlooking the terrace) with large screen TV, DVD player, game consoles (Wii and PS2), board games, ... shower room with double sink, separate toilet.
- Terrace fully furnished with table, lounge and deckchairs ... plancha, private garden, 1 private parking space in the property, sports equipment at your disposal (ping-pong table, basketball, football, tennis racket , badminton, petanque, beach racket, ...)
Inground and heated wood pool with solar panel.
