Huge Master Suite

Best Master Suite I've seen in a VRBO! Two other comfy BRs for adults, one with it's own loo but no shower and another with shower. Plenty of small patios and lovely indoor spaces with lots of windows for light.

Clean and roomy

We were in Santa Barbara for my daughter’s wedding. My sons and I stayed at the house. It was well appointed, very roomy and clean. I highly recommend this place and it’s great location.

Close to everything!

We loved this property for both the location and the property itself. It was such a great location- 2 blocks walk to West Beach and just a few more steps to Stearns Wharf and the Harbor. Easy walk to the great restaurants, wine tasting rooms and breweries in the Funk Zone. The place was spacious for 6 guests and the bedrooms were all comfortable and cozy. Lots of windows and light, great patio spaces and overall unique historical property. I had worried slightly about proximity to Train Station but no need to worry, this did not bother us at all. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely family home close to everything

Just came back from a week stay at this lovely home in Santa Barbara. Great home - very large, tons of room. My two teenagers were able to get the quiet alone time they wanted and we had plenty of together space. Location is excellent - close to everything, we walked to every meal and the beach. Would happily stay again.

Great property

Everything about this property is amazing. Bigger than the pictures make it seem. Comfortable and relaxing. The only two issues I had were the AC not being in one room upstairs and the noise is loud coming from outside (traffic, people, the worst was the train in am/pm). Regardless of those things, I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect spot

Lovely, spacious house in perfect location. Well equipped, very comfortable, especially loved all the verandas off each room. The one minor drawback was the small bedroom with trundle bed with half bath would not have worked well for a couple.

Lower State Street Gem

Great location 2 blocks from the beach and lower state street. Beach equipment in the garage was very convenient to enjoy the sandy beaches. We arrived on a Sunday and the garage keypad was inop. Emailed the property manager with an immediate response and repair. Comfy home, well furnished in a perfect location to enjoy SB and West Beach/Funk Zone. Highly recommended

Beautiful Home!

THE HOUSE WAS BEAUTIFUL AND THE LOCATION IS AWESOME! THE ONLY THING IS WE THOUGHT THE HOUSE ADVERTISED AS HAVING AC AND SEEMS THAT IT DIDN'T SO WAS QUITE HOT IN THE AFTERNOONS AND AT NIGHT. WE WOULD HAVE OPENED MORE WINDOWS BUT YOU DON'T HAVE SCREENS ON ANY OF THE WINDOWS DOWNSTAIRS.

We had 4 people the first night and 3 the next. We all had a great time! Very clean! First floor bedroom was great for my 82 year old mom! Short walk to State street. Balconies were relaxing to sit on. We would stay again

Excellent customer service

Everything about this property was perfect from start to finish. We traveled to Santa Barbara for my daughter’s wedding and we had everything we needed plus more. The property was beautiful, clean, well maintained and the hosts provided nearly everything we needed from coffee, to stocked cabinets for cooking, beach supplies, etc. In addition, I realized as I was flying home that I left all of my jewelry in a drawer in the master bedroom. Panicked, I called the emergency number on my layover. They took my contact information and said they would send the message to the owners. Within minutes, Katie called me and got all of the pertinent information she needed and said she’d check into it as soon as she could get into the property (which was the next day since it was a holiday). She personally went to the property, found my jewelry that I was asked to identify and said she would get it shipped out to me. After sending an email with payment details for shipping and insurance, I received a reply that they would not be charging my card and provided a tracking number to ease my anxiety. Katie was so professional but also added a personal touch that made me feel like I was her number one priority. I cannot recommend this company, or this property enough. I only hope we have the opportunity to return!

Wonderful stay!

My wife, daughter, and I loved visiting SB! This place was so convenient to both the beach and State Street. So many wonderful restaurants, bars, and attractions are with easy walking distance. The house was very clean and well-stocked. We appreciated that it was pet-friendly, and we enjoyed looking at all the unique & beautiful homes in the neighborhood when taking our pooch for her daily walks. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

The house was in a perfect location only a couple blocks from the beach and a few blocks from downtown as well as the Funk Zone. Beautiful house with lots of outdoor patios to enjoy. Comfortable beds and areas to gather.

Perfect SB stay

We loved staying at Casa Azzurra. The location was perfect, we took early morning walks on the beach every day and restaurants and shops were a quick walk away. The porches were nice to sit and enjoy the sun and a good book. It was fun to watch the various birds in the creek. Everything that we needed was there and it was especially helpful to have the garage to park the car. We'd go back in an instant!
