Owned by less than 6 families in its 140 year history, this family home has everything you need to enjoy the summer. Relax on the wrap around porch, gather in front of the fire, walk or ride bikes into town and in the summer swim in the pool or take the ferry to the beach. The functional chefs kitchen will have you cooking up a storm! The six large spacious well appointed bedrooms on the second and third floor allow for plenty of privacy with beautiful spaces to gather together. Full dining room seating for your entire group or in summer dine on the secluded pool deck. their is a pool house with toilet and an outdoor shower with hot water.

Perfect getaway

Lavender Hill could not be a better escape - the beautiful grounds, exquisite Victorian home and inviting swimming pool, simply perfect! Host Joyce is highly organized, and the home is ready to be lived in from the moment you walk in the door.

Great Mini Getaway

Joyce was very responsive and lovely to communicate with. The home is older but has such a wonderful charm and history to it. The property grounds are huge and well maintained but there were lots of bees and mosquitos so make sure to pack some bug repellant. The heated pool is the highlight of the home, it was perfect for a summer getaway. The home is also located a few minutes walk to the adorable little town. Highly recommend and thank you for your hospitality!

Memorable Bellport Family Holiday

Lovely historic property very well maintained. Short walk Bellport restaurants, shops and ice cream. Wonderful large swimming pool. Perfect spot for family holiday! Host, Joyce, is responsive and readily available.

Enjoyed our stay in Bellport

This historic property was beautiful and spacious. Whether it was dining around the dinner table, relaxing on the porch or swimming in the pool everything was lovely. The location made it easy to walk to historic Bellport as well.

This is a classic elegant estate with all amenities. Well equipped kitchen, grand dining room with complete place settings. Wonderful wrap around terrace with vintage elegant wicker furniture. There is a pool house, outdoor shower. expansive lawn space, a hammock and more.
I raised my young family in this home and have owned for 30 years. Always maintaining and restoring it to the highest standards.

Classic Grandeur, walking distance to all in Bellport Village. ferry amenities, spacious property and peace and quiet.
You will love this elegant home with spacious rooms and high ceilings. The wrap around front porch with deco furnishings is a charming throw back to an older quieter way of life. Take time to slow down, read the paper (delivered to your door) and the smell the lilacs and vibernum that waft across your path. The large very private pool allows an alternative space for outdoor napping in the shade or sunshine.
