Located at Champions Gate Resort Community which offers many great amenities including Two Pools, a lazy river, restaurant, gym, business center, game room, cinema and more!

Wow

Check in was nice, found a snake in the pool when we arrive so kids were afraid to get in the pool, notify owner about the it and sent pictures. Not enough towels for the guest. Home was clean nice area. Try calling owner after checkout no response.

Pleasant home

The home and home owner was very nice. Only thing we experienced was bugs, ants that filled the sink and we did not leave anything in the sink because the kitchen wasn't even used during our stay. Reached out to the owner took photos and he responded. Other than that it was nice and because of the cold we couldn't enjoy the pool.

Tidy house, nice location

We arrived to a clean and tidy house. Had a few little issues at the start but the owner was very quick to respond and helped with whatever we needed. Location felt safe and secure. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Champions Gate Town Home

It's a beautiful property in a great location, but needs maintenance & better cleaning, also the town hose is advertised with a small pool in addition to the community pools & amenities but the pool & outside patio is dirty which live no desire to use so we couldn't use it. The baseboards & microwave were dirty. The linens & bathrooms were clean, rooms & beds spacious & I was able to accommodate my family of 6 comfortably. The amenities are nice but there are no coolers or food allowed to bring so everything you consume it has to be bought at the tiki bar or restaurant in site, at a Disney price. Be prepared to pay $3.00 for a bag of chips and less not talk about the alcoholic beverages. Other than that is ok.

A Great Place to Stay

We rented this property for a family reunion. It is a great location inside of Champions Gate. The listing is accurate and everything in the pictures match the description closely. The check in process is easy and safety is a factor. We would rent this property again and highly recommend it to others.

Great stay

We went down to Florida for college softball for my daughter whose team stayed in champions gate. This property was very nice and had plenty of space. We had minor issues here and there which a simple message to the owners solved. Very easy check in. Communication was great and it seemed as if there were not a lot of rentals in immediate vicinity of the unit. Very quiet. We liked it a lot. The one thing we never figured out was the voice for cable tv so we just watched live tv and found some interesting shows. Nice to be close to the team and families also.

Sistas Reunion

The property was very clean and great amenities. Perfect location near restaurants and Publix. The area felt safe and everyone was very friendly. The property manager was great with communicating with whatever we needed. We thank you for the experience and will be back soon!

Awesome location and nice place to get away!

Property was very clean and well kept. Property manager was accessible when I had questions/concerns. Resort area is very nice! Would definitely recommend this property.
