Zen and bright villa composed of 4 bedrooms / 8 beds on 2 levels in an extremely quiet area. 1 double bed and 2 single beds per level, 2 bathrooms with shower. Rooms in a row on the first level (the second bedroom is accessible via the first bedroom). private pool and terrace shaded pergola at the rear. At 1300 m from Baladrar and Advocat calas and their Beach Bars

Inside: Living room with HD TV, WiFi. Naya with direct access to the pool.
Kitchen equipped with hobs, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, grill, fruit squeezer, Nescafe Dolce Gusto machine and all the necessary.
Each room is air conditioned (cold / hot)

Outside: Swimming pool with shower, outdoor WIFI, large back terrace flooded with light with table 8 people under Pergola, Kitchen, plancha and outdoor lounge with the sun permanently, even at the end of the day. 8 Sun loungers, parasols, pool games. Private parking with automatic gate. Superb night lighting for dream evenings.

Solarium terrace on the 3rd level with beautiful sea view, umbrella and 4 reading chairs.

During the months of July and August, the rental starts and ends only on Saturday.

Villa available only for families WITH children.
Non Smoking Villa - Pets are not allowed.

Beautiful villa

Had an amazing holiday the outside is amazing and beautiful hammocks are great very comfortable and great for an afternoon siesta booking was made easy by Pascal and in resort by Sylvie she was very helpful

Very Nice Stay

We spent 2 weeks in Villadelvalle and thoroughly enjoyed it. Great beds, lovely pool and plenty of personal touches. Location is great although a car is a must. Walking is challenging with the local terrain, however it didn’t stop me walking 6-8 miles a day. Fabulous!

This villa is a "must"

It was a great pleasure to live in this magnificent villa for a whole month. The renovation and the decoration of every room are just a success. The colors are nice and soft with a touch of matching "aqua blue" everywhere. Household appliances and accessories in the kitchen are modern. The "Naya" is an exceptional veranda with sun from the morning. Furnitures and bedding are very confortable. The parking inside the villa is easy. And what to say about the different terraces, the huge pool, the lemon and the palm trees which invite you so much to enjoy your time outside eating or reading. Last remark: the views from the lower and the upper terrace are just beautiful. At the front are two hills , one of them is called Montemar. It is quite good and rewarding to walk up there..... or visit the coast and cities such as Moraira, Calpe, (without forgetting Monte Toix) Alicante, Joiosa, Altea, Benidorm...There are necessary maps at the villa. For sure it's "an oasis of tranquility"....and much more Janine and Gérard February 2019

Out of this world - A piece of paradise

I cannot rate this Villa and the service we received from Pascal and Sylvie highly enough. 5 stars doesn't do it justice. Having worked in the travel industry for over 20 years, this hands down is the best villa we have ever stayed in. From the gorgeous grounds surrounded by lemon trees to the immaculate cleanliness and comfort of this amazing villa.The service received before, during and after our trip was exceptional. We cannot thank you enough and cannot wait to return.

Séjour à deux

Maison très agréable nous y avons passé un bon séjour il ne manque rien. Dommage que l’eau de la piscine n’était pas très chaude pour un mois de septembre Quartier assez tranquille Les propriétaires sont charmants ainsi que Sylvie qui s’occupe de vous sur place si vous avez un soucis Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Estupendo

La villa es ideal para unas maravillosas vacaciones familiares. Tanto las fotos como la descripción de la casa en este anuncio son absolutamente fieles a lo que encontramos a nuestra llegada. La casa es muy cómoda, con una decoración muy agradable y dispone de todo lo necesario para pasar unos días estupendos. Destacamos la zona de la Naya-piscina que es excepcional . La comunicación tanto con el propietario como con la persona encargada de recibirnos fue excelente y cercana, realmente se esforzaron en que dispusiéramos de toda la información y que nuestra estancia fuera lo más cómoda posible, muchas gracias. Estamos deseando repetir.

Superbe séjour grand confort.

Een villa om echt te genieten

Mooie villa met alle comfort. Hier kom je thuis. Zon de hele dag. Zoveel extra’s die het verblijf extra aangenaam maakte. Perfecte ontvangst en assistentie van de verantwoordelijke. Hopelijk zijn de volgende huurders ook zorgzaam voor deze prachtige villa, zodat nog vele kunnen genieten van het uitstekende comfort en alle extra’s! Een aanrader voor zij die rust comfort en charme zoeken aan de costa Blanca. Wij komen zeker terug volgend jaar.

Exactly right for our family ,and had everything we needed. Perfect

On arrival in the night it was a little difficult to decipher which key went in which lock ,we soon got that sorted and had great fun deciding who was in each room. We really enjoyed the out side living space, terrace ,pool. The summer kitchen is an asset very spacious with many features ,fridge and a sink. The weather was great and we spent quite a few days exploring the area. Beaches large and small are nearby .there are also an abundance of places to eat as well .I would say a car is a must .Our week was over to quickly . we all had a great time

Het huis was fantastisch!! Van alle gemakken voorzien!

Wij hebben ons voor even gewaand in paradijs. Ik zou dit huis aan iedereen aanraden. Het is ruim, schoon, het ligt privé ondanks dat de huizen daar veelal dicht op elkaar zitten. Kortom echt een aanrader. Het contact met de eigenaar was ook subliem. Dikke vijf sterren waard.

Villa del Valle incontournable pour passer un trés bon séjour

Cette villa est très bien équipée et très agréable à vivre. Située dans un quartier calme elle a un très bon standing et d'un coin piscine exceptionnel. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour pendant les fêtes , nous avons manqué de rien. L'accueil est parfait avec Pascal et Isabelle. Highly recommended

We were warmly welcomed by Isabelle and loved the place from beginning. The house was very clean and nothing was missing. I was very happy that first time in a renting home I could enjoy rather good coffee. The lounge on the swimming pool is great. From the roof you can see the sea and you are able to watch sunrise an sunset. I found only two things that could be improved: the satellite program did not really work. But they told me, it will be fixed soon. And in the rooms downstairs it smells a little bit musty. Summary: Much more than you can expect. Best price-performance ratio. Thank you, Pascal

A sophisticated space, ideal for social gatherings,!

We were eight adults, booking this villa for its four double bedrooms. The villa is beautiful, extremely well equipped, even down to wireless speakers for outside and a plancha by the pool! The decor throughout is very tasteful, and all the spaces were ample for the eight of us. We particularly loved the pool and outside eating areas, along with the lovely rooftop terrace looking down to the sea. We had three cars which all fitted on the drive, inside electric security gates. The outside lighting at night was magical. The only thing to be aware of is that one bedroom is accessed through another, which is ok for a family with children, but not so much for adults! Also it is possible to walk to a seaside bar, about 20 minutes, but for decent restaurants etc, you do need a car.

Fantastic villa

We loved the property, it had everything we needed, very well equipped. Fantastic outdoor space. Spotlessly clean. We would definitely go back. Car is a must, but not a problem as very cheap to hire. Great area, plenty of places to eat.

Génial

Pour notre premier séjour sur la Costa Blanca, nous avons été conquis. La villa est un véritable oasis de tranquillité de part sa localisation, son design et son équipement. La villa est décorée avec gout, elle est équipée comme le prévoit le descriptif. Le propriétaire a la qualité de se soucier du bien-être de locataires. Nous y retournerons!!
