Villa with pool on 1500 m² of land, ideal for family holidays. The house has three beautiful rooms tastefully decorated and quality furniture, a spacious dining room, a cozy living room, a kitchen fully equipped dining, a bathroom with bath, and d a w. c. independent. One of the 3 rooms has in addition, a shower, a washbasin and a w. c.)
(Internet access included, bedsheets provided and cleaning products).
It comes with a pool and a large garden with terraces, your unique layout. The view is unobstructed and very pleasant, and the close proximity of the forest makes it a very peaceful place, while making amenities and the city center easily accessible (20 minutes on foot, 4mn by car).

Our own home is located a few hundred meters only, we can go very quickly on site if needed.
We will remain at your disposal for any information.

Aubenas is the ideal starting point to discover the diversity of beautiful landscapes Ardeche.

A large choice of tours available to you:
-The Chauvet cave, World Heritage of Unesco, and its restitution site,
-L'aven Labeled Orgnac Grand site of France,
-The Ardèche gorges and the majestic Pont d'Arc,
-The Many southern Ardeche villages of character.

Further north, for some freshness:
-The Village of Antraigues, dear to the heart of Jean Ferrat,
-The Ardèchoise mountain, the Lake Issarlès, Mont Gerbier de Jonc source of the Loire, and Mount Mézenc.

Nature lovers can indulge in various activities: hiking or mountain biking, canoeing, caving, climbing, canyoning, fishing and of course swimming in the clear waters of the Ardeche, Labeaume, Chassezac of Volane ...

Environnement calme et plaisant, maison fonctionnelle, à proximité de nombreux points d'intérêts (villages de caractères, marché de nuit, châteaux, points de baignades...). La villa est propre, aménagée avec soin. La bibliothèque offre une gamme hétéroclites de lectures. Le propriétaire, agréable, est vigilant quant au bon maintien de l'état de la piscine. Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Quartier und ist mit wirklich allem ausgestattet, was einen entspannten Ferienaufenthalt ausmacht! Der Kontakt mit den Besitzern war jederzeit freundlich, unkompliziert und zuvorkommend. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Wunderschönes Haus mit tollem Pool
Das Haus ist wirklich wunderschön! Der Pool ist herrlich und auch tief! Wir haben eine Woche Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Man könnte auch die ganze Zeit nur in dem Haus bzw. auf dem Grundstück verbringen und relaxen. Wenn man dann doch etwas unternehmen möchte benötigt man ein Auto.

Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par le propriétaire. La demeure est très jolie et située dans un quartier absolument calme, toutefois non loin du centre-ville, que l'on peut rejoindre en 20 min. environ à pied. L'ameublement est ravissant et la maison est décorée avec beaucoup d'amour pour les détails. Elle est propre et offre tout ce dont on a besoin. La terrasse et les abords de la piscine sont agréablement ombragés. Les photos de l'annonce sont entièrement conformes à la réalité. Adresse à retenir pour la découverte de l'Ardèche secrète!

Superbe séjour
Une magnifique propriété située d'ans un quartier très calme. Une maison décorée avec goût, très très propre et où l'on trouve tout ce qu'il faut. La terrasse et les abords de la piscine bénéficie d'un ombrage très appréciable. Seul bémol, la température un peu fraîche de la piscine. Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine en famille. Merci.

Angenehmes Haus mit netten Vermietern
Zuvorkommende, sehr nette Vermieter. Schöner Pool und großer Garten. Lage in einem Wohngebiet oberhalb von Aubenas, daher ist das Zentrum zwar fußläufig zu erreichen, aber der Weg ist nicht so schön. Durch die Lage an der Ecke teilweise lauter Verkehr (Mopeds).

Une grande maison, très bien équipée, agréable car beaucoup de choses sont prévues ! Le terrain est grand, la piscine bien exposée et l'environnement magnifique. Propriétaires disponibles et de bons conseils sur les activités à faire dans la région. Dommage d'avoir à payer les frais de ménage en plus. Si vous voyagez dans la région, n'oubliez pas le répulsif contre les moustiques...

Great villa and helpful owners
I came with my children and parents for a two week holiday and the villa was perfect. It was just as described, all the spaces were well presented and clean. The swimming pool was enjoyed everyday and the outside seating area was quiet in the evening for relaxing. The villa owners were very helpful and approachable when we had a problem. I would have preferred not to have had to clean the villa before leaving but we had not budgeted for the additional cost of paying for the cleaning.

A fantastic base from which to explore the Ardeche
Une base fantastique pour explorer l'Ardèche La maison était bien présentée, décorée avec goût et bien équipée. Les hôtes étaient sur place et ont été très serviables et accommodants à notre arrivée, y compris en fournissant un lit pour notre bébé et en fournissant également une prise d'adaptateur électrique (comme nous étions du Royaume-Uni) La maison a un aspect charmant, avec des vues sur la campagne environnante et attrape le soleil toute la journée. Nous avons apprécié notre petit déjeuner et le dîner sur la terrasse chaque jour. La maison était une base fantastique pour notre marche et escalade en Ardèche et nous le recommandons vivement à tous ceux qui souhaitent visiter la région. A fantastic base from which to explore the Ardeche The house was well presented, tastefully decorated and well equipped. The hosts were on-site and were very helpful and accommodating on our arrival, including providing a cot for our baby and also providing an electrical power adapter plug (as we were from the UK) The house has a lovely aspect, with views over the surrounding countryside and catches the sun all day. We enjoyed our breakfast and evening meals on the terrace each day. The house was a fantastic base for our walking and rock climbing trip to the Ardeche and we would highly recommend it for anyone wishing to visit the area.
