Beautiful Property
Vista Mar is a very safe, very well run property right in the heart of Jaco. My plane came in very late and after I emailed Bob he got right back to me and arrainged for the night security to check me in. It was super fast. The Unit 6D was huge with amazing views. I could have easily fit a bunch of friends. The on site restaurant was pretty good with excellent service. This will definately be my go to place to stay when I come back. Everything was in walking distance.

A Good Condo, Great Locatino
Bob and Dave were very responsive and allayed any fears about booking this condo. The place was clean and in the perfect location for me and my friends. Everything you need is within walking distance (casino, bars, restaurants, beach and nightlife). This will be my "go-to" place whenever I visit Jaco Beach.

Amazing condo in the coolest beach town
An excellent location, close to the center of town and all the restaurants with just a short walk to the beach. The photos don't do it justice. This is a very spacias, comfortable condo with amazing sunsets every night. You can see from one end of the beach to the other and the whole town including the surrounding mountains from the 3 balconies. Bob was amazing to work with and helped us with everything from airport transportation and discounted tours. He even took us for a tour of the town and surrounding area to show us where to find everything, including all the best and coolest restaurants. My family of 5 loved our vacation here and will be coming back and bringing our friends. There are many restaurants to choose from and we never had a bad meal. Even the inexpensive Tico Sodas had amazing food for as little as $4 a plate, including a drink. No one got sick from the food or water, unlike our Mexican vacations in the past. Bob must have cracked his whip on the maids, as the condo was very clean and there was no mold on the shower heads. If you like hot weather, friendly people and a cool little beach town, Jaco is the place for you.

Amazing
After Visiting this Property - My response was WOW. I was in Jaco for 2 days to fish before heading to Quepos. There is no equal in Jaco. We stayed in a secure environment, close enough to all the nightlife if you want. Far enough away to enjoy with your family. The beach is right out your back door. The casino is less than 50 yards away. Again, this was a great condo. We will be back.
