A stone's throw from the village of Vitrac (bakery, café, medical office), located on a private property with an enclosed park of 7000 m². The latter is an outbuilding of our dwelling house but remains completely independent with each its living space and his privacy

- BATHROOM with beautiful walk-in shower pebble floor / large shower head 36 * 24 cm
- MAIN ROOM of 24 m² with fully equipped kitchen - Living room, dining room with a convertible sofa for sleeping in 140 for 2 people
- separate WC
- MAGNIFICENT WOODEN TERRACE of 62 m² with a private Aqualife 6 Luxe hydromassage spa (6 places) / dining set / barbecue / deckchairs.
For our biker friends we suggest you store the motorcycles in our enclosed and covered garage.
For a romantic getaway or a relaxing family holiday, we will be happy to welcome you and advise you in the discovery of our magnificent terroir.
We will ask you on your arrival for a deposit check of 350 € which we will return to you at the end of your stay if you don't have any particular concerns.
