Wonderful

We (2 adults, 1 teenager) spent a week in this lovely apartment. We enjoyed it lot! It is large enough, lovingly furnished a typically French style and just made to be feel at home. The pool belongs to the hotel, however, we were able to access it at all times (during the opening hours). It is ten minutes from the beach and approx. 20 minutes from the city centre. We really liked it a lot!

Ferienwohnung Arcachon

Sehr große Ferienwohnung mit toller Lage Nähe Strand oder Stadt. Der Gastgeber Bruno ist sehr bemüht und kümmert sich sofort um ein Problem oder gibt Tipps, wo etwas zu Sehen oder Entdecken gibt. Spricht sehr gut Englisch

Séjour très agréable

L'appartement est grand, très confortable, joliment décoré et très bien équipé. Nous avons apprécié le calme, la proximité du centre d'Arcachon à vélos, la plage Pereire à 5 mn à pieds et la piscine de l'hotel. Nous y séjournerons à nouveau avec plaisir.

Lovely apartment in great location

Positive! Friendly communication and the apartment is beautifully furnished. The location is perfect - a short stroll to the beach and not much further into the town centre. We also enjoyed using the pool everyday. Overall a really good choice for a family of four with two teenagers.

Maison très bien

Magnifique maison, tout confort.

Très jolie maison, très bien organisée et agencée. Superbe décoration. Possibilité de profiter de la piscine de l'hôtel. Très bien placé près du Moulleau et plage Pereire.

excellent séjour...

Appartement indépendant au premier étage d'une maison typique Basque ( pas d'autres occupants dans le reste de la maison ), tout équipé... très calme .. avec accès à la piscine de l’hôtel. Situé à 300 m de la plage et 1.2 Km du centre.. idéal avec un vélo. Gérant très réactif et efficace ... Nous avons passé de superbes vacances !

La sensation de séjourner en maison arcachonnaise

On a davantage l’impression de séjourner dans une maison arcachonnaise que dans un appartement. Bien équipé, la déco est soignée, les matériaux de qualité, la propreté irréprochable et les lits de très bonne qualité. Très bonne situation géographique aux Abatilles, proche à vélo des plages Péreire et du Moulleau. Propriétaire discret et réactif. Accueil souriant par la généreuse Isabelle. Bains de soleil dans le jardin, accès à la piscine et au jacuzzi, non chauffés. Facilité de parking voiture et vélos. Quartier calme et accueillant.

Rien à dire sinon que tout est parfait au Mimbeau. L'appartement est spacieux, bien agencé, confortable, bien situé au calme, magnifiquement rénové. Ici l'exigence du détail le dispute au choix discret de la déco. Les logeurs sont charmants, réactifs et soucieux du bien-être de leurs locataires. Excellent rapport qualité prix.

APPARTEMENT XXL CONFORT!!!!!

Habitués à la Bretagne , ne connaissant pas le bassin D'Arcachon nous avons été très agréablement surpris de la région ,ainsi que de l'appartement il est très rare d'être dans une location aussi spacieuse et avec tout le confort possible , a recommander chaudement il y a même air conditionné. A peine 5 minutes à pied pour rejoindre la plage passant par un agréable petit sous bois en toute sécurité avec des enfants . Que de bons SOUVENIRS

Excellente location

La location est située dans un quartier calme à deux pas de la plage Pereire. Elle a été rénovée récemment avec un goût sûr. L'appartement est spacieux, chaleureux et très confortable. Chaque détail a été réfléchi. La cuisine a tout l'éléctroménager nécessaire, un grand choix de vaisselle et la literie est extrêmement agréable. Le logement était d'une propreté irréprochable. C'est avec grand plaisir que nous retournerons au Mimbeau où nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances.

Excellente impression generale

La location est situee dans un quartier calme a deux pas de la plage pereire. Elle a été renovee recemment avec un gout sur et est tres chaleureuse . Chaque detail a ete reflechi. La cuisine a tout l'electro menager necessaire, un grand choix de vaisselle et la literie est extremement confortable. Le logement etait d'une proprete irreprochable. C'est avec grand plaisir que nous retournerons au Mimbeau ou nous avons passe d'excellentes vacances.
