Independent small studio of 24 m2 on the first floor of a house at the bottom of a very quiet and private driveway planted. The wide windows of the living and dining area, the kitchenette overlook the driveway. 2 twin beds or 1 double bed of 1.60 m 2,00m by choice - private bathroom including toilet. Internet is available. Linen and towels provided.
5 minutes from the Bastille and its market from the Marais and the Seine River, the Canal Saint Martin and the Republic.

Peaceful corner of Paris
Very well equipped with good quality crockery, glassware, towels etc. It is private and very quiet which is lovely to return to after a day out in the hustle and bustle of the city.

Convenient location and lovely host
Catherine helped our very jet lagged selves with check in. She let us know what supermarkets were near us. Nice boulangeries nearby that we went to repeatedly as well as Place de Vosges to sit and eat in. Train stations also close by.

Lovely little studio, in quiet location close to transport
The studio was comfortable to stay in. There was a mixup with our arrival that delayed our entry but the host was very apologetic and allowed us to wait in her own apartment. It’s very close to 2 metro stations and the Cafe Mericourt which had excellent coffee! Overall an enjoyable stay

Very good location. Small studio, basic but sufficient for our needs. Quiet and comfortable at the end of a laneway lined with lovely pot plants. Metro line 5 a few minutes walk away.

Although small, the apartment is true to the photographs. The owner’s instructions on the location of the property & how to gain access were very clear. It is in an excellent location close to the Metro, the market & cafes.

Perfect location for our week in Paris! Within blocks of three Metro stops, making it easy to travel throughout the city. Restaurants and groceries nearby. I stayed in this comfortable little flat in the middle of February, and the online description was still true: it was a lovely, little oasis in a green courtyard. I bet it's even more incredible further into the non-winter seasons. It would be hard to improve on the location: within easy walk of three metro stations and of 'Le Marais'. The neighborhood feels safe and lively, and there are beautiful restaurants nearby. Catherine and Serge were lovely and helpful.

とても便利な場所
地下鉄メトロの３つの駅まで近く、移動には大変便利です。周りの環境は、夜はやや人通りが少ないものの落ち着いていて安全な感じです。徒歩圏にMonop’やFranprix、Carrfourなどのスーパーが１０時ごろの遅くまで開いており、最低限の食べ物にはまったく困りません。近くに美味しいパン屋さんがあります。アパートは大きな通りに面しており、入り口の大きな扉を暗証番号で開けて、中の個別の住居は物理鍵であけます。この辺の流れは事前にオーナーさんとサイトのメール機能でやり取りすることになります。オーナーさんはきちんとリスポンスしてくれて、安心でした。お部屋そのものは、二人なら十分な広さですが、キッチンはやはりちょっとシンクが小さいのでやや洗い物は手狭な感じですが、特に実際の問題はありません。ただ、法令で火災報知器（煙感知器）の設置が義務付けられており、しかもそれが電熱調理器の真上にあったので、肉を焼いたりしたら何度か鳴らしてしまいました。仕方ないのですが、ちょっと時間帯によっては周りに気を使います。（窓を開けたり扇風機で飛ばしたりで何とか対応しましたが）。オーナーのお住まいと同じなので、なにかあれば対応は早いと思います。環境はとてもよくて、アパート入り口から住戸までの道はきっと季節になるときれいな花が咲くのかなと思います。火災報知器の問題はありましたが、とても快適な滞在でした。ありがとうございました。

Perfect hideaway
This is a lovely little studio, very clean and very well stocked if you want to cook. This is not a tourist area so you’ll have peace and quiet, yet a friendly interesting neighborhood. Easy to get around with the Metro just steps away..
