Villa with splendid sea view and pool, Luz, Lagos

The villa has an exceptional situation with a breathtaking sea view.
The villa gets southern exposure. All the living spaces of the house have a wonderful view on the ocean.
The house offers numerous spaces situated on 3 different floors: - at the swimming pool level are located three chambers with view on the swimming pool and the ocean, as well as the big bathroom and the separate WC's.
- on the first floor is situated a living and dining room, a large kitchen and a fourth bedroom which also has a wonderful seaview and a privative bathroom. A vast and pleasant terrace is equipped with a summer kitchen (barbecue) and a covered part.
- at the upper level there is a roof terrace fitted out in lounge offering an exceptional panoramic view.
The beach of Luz (Praia da Luz) is easily accessible on foot (approximately a quarter of an hour on foot) by a path following the ocean and is only at 5 minutes by car. Luz's village offers a lot of shops (supermarket,...) and many bars and restaurants.
The beach of Burgau on the West is accessible on foot.
The city of Lagos is 10 min of car, or bus which passes at the foot of the domain. Lagos is a charming historic city surrounded with ramparts, which presents a picturesque city center. You find all the businesses (big market of Lagos every day), shops, bars, restaurants, night animation, and the big marina.
Except the beautiful beach of Luz, you find near other beaches so magnificent : Ponta da Piedade and his caves, Dona Ana, Meïa Praïa, Porto doh Mb ...
Luz is in border of the natural reserve of the southwest Alentejo, of the coast Vicentine, the paradise of the surfers, with the magnificent ocean beaches of Amado, Arrifana, and other ...
Casa Palma is for the rent recently. The outside of the villa was totally renovated recently. All the rooms were fitted out carefully, and many of the furniture is new. Outside, all the furniture (garden tables, chairs sunbathing, garden furniture on the roof brings down) is new.

Amazing

Absolutely fantastic Villa, we all enjoyed thoroughly, plenty of space for a large family. Definitely would recommend, probably a good idea to have a car, although there is a bus and it’s 30mins walk into Luz.

Perfect for small family reunion

This property exceeded our expectations. Great for family reunions, as the younger guests can enjoy their own space when they want, and all can gather for a meal at either of two full size dining areas, inside and outside. Gorgeous ocean view, all rooms have sliding doors onto the decks. Master on main is very private from the 3 bedrooms downstairs. Decor is just lovely through the whole house. Kitchen fully equipped, bring your own consumables including kitchen/bathroom trash bags, charcoal for bbq and laundry tabs. Lovely walk along the beach trail to Praia da Luz where there are plenty of restaurant choices. Easy private parking for our 2 vehicles. Lots of homes on this site are highly ranked, this one definitely deserves a 10/10.

We had 5 family members together after a German wedding celebration. The house was amazing, the photos are accurate. The area is lovely. The kitchen was well equipped but we ate out most of the time. Margharita was very through in our check in. Highly recommended.

Relaxing stay, glorious location

Super week with family relaxing in this beautifully located villa. Sublime views from all the terraces -when we did tear ourselves away we enjoyed coastal walks to Lagos & Burgau. Fully equipped kitchen meant eating in was easy & again enabled us to make the most of the lovely living space & terrace overlooking the pool.

Wonderful

We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay at this lovely Villa. Natacha gave us a very warm welcome and showed us around. The Villa was very clean and had everything that we needed. The sea views are great and the area is relatively quiet. We booked Ubers to get us to supermarkets and restaurants in Lagos. We would definitely return. Many thanks to Maria, Margarida and Natacha. Beautiful Home/Amazing Gardens

The only constructive comments I will give, which are minor compared to the overall enjoyment of the property would be to change the sheer, small curtains in the washrooms to something with a little more coverage as these windows can be viewed from the street as well as the gardeners/pool maintenance people, and to consider improving the beds/bedding and linens/towels. The kitchen was completely stocked with all the necessary cookware. The house is beautiful with a breathtaking view for coffee every morning! The location was convenient with only a short drive to everything we wanted to visit. The gardens were amazing with such gorgeous flowers and vegetation.

Traumhaus in perfekter und ruhiger Lage

Die Lage ist grossartig, der Blick auf den Atlantik noch überwältigender als auf den Fotos hier zu erkennen. Das Haus selbst ist perfekt für eine Familie mit größeren Kindern, da die Erwachsenen ein Schlafzimmer auf einer Ebene haben und die Kindern auf einer anderen. Das Haus ist lichtdurchflutet und wundervoll eingerichtet. Das schließt eine umfassende Einrichtung der Küche mit ein. Der Pool ist traumhaft. Sowohl die Besitzer als auch die Verwalterin und der Reinigungsdienst sind in Sachen Kommunikation und Betreuung phantastisch. Wir haben zu danken für eine großartige Woche an der Algarve.

Vie sur l'océan

Magnifique maison, spacieuse , au calme , piscine agréable et vue à couper le souffle. Propriétaire très aimable et réactive pour répondre à nos questions. Seul petit bémol, maison assez peu insonorisée à l'intérieur, donc difficile de ne pas réveiller tout le monde quand on est avec un petit enfant...

Amazing Villa with views

This villa is lovely and has one of the most beautiful views we have ever experienced. It is situated at a level that gives you the best view of the water. The villa is large. It has a full kitchen and large dining and living room area. We utilized the patio every evening either having dinner or just enjoying the incredible views. Watching the light from the moon light over the water is incredible. The lower level offers a pool and lounge chairs while still enjoying the water views. We walked into Luz for dinner and groceries. Generally took an uber back to the villa. We went to Lagos for a day. Enjoyed sardines for lunch and walking around the town. This is an extraordinary villa and we hope to return one day. The owner Sandra and her manager and house keeper were all wonderful. Thank you Sandra for sharing your beautiful villa with us.

Breathtaking Views

I’m missing those views already, I could never tire of waking up to that sunrise everyday 🌞 Everything about the villa was perfect, the only frustration sometimes was cooking for 8 people with one oven but we got through it ok 😀 Everything else was as we hoped for and Margarida was on hand if we needed anything. A car is a necessity for shopping and getting around and there are so many places and little towns to visit. We have some fantastic photos and memories of our holiday, really enjoyed our stay here

A wonderful stay at a beautiful home in the Algarve

We had a lovely stay in Luz in a beautiful, fully equipped home, enabling us to settle right in and enjoy the surroundings. The views were spectacular and we were able to hike right out the door along the incredible cliff paths leading to several nearby beaches and towns. All in all a perfect place to relax and explore.

Great Location

The villa is in a quiet location but is close to the local village for shopping and restaurants. It is easy to drive to all that the Algarve offers, beaches and attractions. The view is spectacular and we really enjoyed the pool. It is ideal for families with 4 bedrooms and enough room so you are not on top of each other. The only thing we would like to have seen were a few more basics when we arrived like dishwasher soap etc. but that might be due to Covid.

Tolle Aussicht.

Sehr schöne Lage mit tollem Blick aufs Meer von mehreren Terrassenebenen. Sehr schöner Pool. Bei tollem Wetter haben wir eigentlich nur draußen gelebt und den Grill genutzt. Einrichtung mittlerweile etwas in die Jahre gekommen. 4 der 8 Sonnenliegen leider beschädigt. Aber dies hat unserer Freude über den Pool und die warme Herbstsonne keinen Abbruch getan.

Spectacular sea views

We enjoyed our stay. The property was very nice, clean and the view is breathtaking. Communication with the owner was very good. There was plenty of space for all of us (we were a group of five). The pool is really big and was very clean. The water quality was excellent. Neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Only small minus: several of the sun beds at the pool were broken and not usable. I would recommend this house to my friends

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Blick

Wir waren zehn Tage mit 2 Familien in der Casa Palma und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Das Haus entspricht absolut den Fotos und der Beschreibung: eine fantastische Aussicht über den Hang und die gesamte Küste Richtung Luz und Portimao, ein sehr schöner und großzügig dimensionierter Pool, 3 große Terrassen, die Zimmer schön gelegen mit sehr guter Aussicht und hochwertigen Einbauschränken. Der Wohn- und Essbereich ist weitläufig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Zum Ortskern sind es knapp 30 Minuten Fußweg, nach Burgau 45 Minuten.

Traumhafte Villa in der Algarve

Wir haben 1 Woche in dieser wunderschönen Villa verbracht. Die verschiedenen Strände der Algarve sind in kurzer Zeit erreichbar, aber die meiste Zeit haben wir eigentlich am Pool mit der fantastischen Aussicht und Meerblick verbracht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der nahen Umgebung. Auch die Innenräume sind sehr geschmackvoll und elegant eingerichtet. Es gibt eine grosse moderne Küche und der grosse Esstisch draussen befindet sich auch einem Balkon über dem Pool, sodass man beim Abendessen wieder diese spektakuläre Aussicht geniessen kann. Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie (8 Personen und 1 Kleinkind) unterwegs und hatten mehr als genug Platz. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin lief hervorragend. Als unsere Reise aufgrund von Covid um ein Jahr verschoben werden musste, war sie sehr zuvorkommend, sodass uns keine zusätzliche Kosten entstanden. Wir können dieses Objekt mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen und haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Traumhaus ! Traumlage !

Es war alles perfekt !! Die Lage ist gut und der Ausblick erstmal, Wahnsinnig schön !!! Wir haben es sehr genossen und kommen mit Sicherheit bald wieder.
