As of 5/31/24 there is construction in the neighborhood which we do not anticipate to disrupt people's stay. Per the contracting City Ordinance, construction is to take place between 8am-5pm Monday to Friday. Their schedule is a bit out of our control and we would like guests to be notified accordingly.

As you enter the cabin you will be greeted with soaring vaulted ceilings adorned with solid log beams and pine paneling. Relax on the living room couch and loveseat where you and your loved ones can cozy up to the floor to ceiling wood burning rock fireplace as you watch your favorite movie on the Flat Screen TV. Directly off of the living area is the dining area and kitchen with a table and seating for 5 as well as a high top bar and 2 bar stools. Plenty of natural light beams in through the surrounding windows and sliding glass doors that lead to the front deck, the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or stargaze at night.

The fully stocked kitchen is an excellent place to prepare a wonderful meal with loved ones. Offering stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space and a Keurig Coffee Maker as well as a regular coffee maker. The kitchen sink is surrounded with windows to the side yard giving a sense of being one with nature while in the comfort of your cabin. Make a toast with friends to a wonderful weekend in Big Bear!

After a long day outside and when you need a little refresh the main floor hallway offers a closet with a washer and dryer for your convenience to use during your stay, as well as the hallway bathroom with a shower and tub combo.

Bedroom 1 on the main floor is a great place for anyone to unwind after a long day. The Queen size bed and cozy linens will ensure you are well rested for the adventures to come. Enjoy your own Flat Screen TV, closet to store your belongings during your stay and a window to the side yard.

Bedroom 2 is perfect for the kids! With a Twin over Full Bunk Bed adorned with cozy linens, and a window nook that looks out to the back yard. The ideal place to sit and read a book and make you feel like you are already in the fairy tale!

Make your way upstairs to the open loft for a friendly or competitive game of pool on the pool table! The oversized picture windows beautifully frame the tall pines surrounding the cabin and allows all the natural light to take over the loft area. The sleeper sofa in the loft offers more sleeping options as well for you and your group.

The Master Bedroom located upstairs off of the loft comes with a beautiful real log frame King Size Bed and the ultimate cozy mountain plaid linens. Drift off to the mountain sounds at night or watch your favorite show on the Flat Screen TV to round up your adventurous day. The walk-in closet offers extra space for you to store your belongings during your stay, and the attached private bathroom with stone tile floor and shower/tub combo is the perfect place to get ready in private for a night out in the Big Bear Village.

City of Big Bear Lake "Good Neighbor Policy"

Do not exceed the occupancy limit  
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7  
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.  
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY:
Take your furry friend with you  
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Take trash to dumpster locations  
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines  
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction  
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
Important: Dear Traveler, you will be charged with USD 200 in case you include a Pet in your reservation as a Refundable Damage Deposit for Pets.
