Grosse déception

Les bons côtés, l'intérieur de la maison : conforme au photos, de beaux volumes, bien équipés (clim, 2 frigo, un piano !). A deplorer cependant : - un menage approximatif (nous avons dû nettoyer les sanitaires et le four pour les utiliser), - une salle de bain inutilisable en raison des odeurs remontant des evacuations, - une piscine verte à notre arrivée et qui l'est resté tout au long du séjour malgré notre entretien et plusieurs traitements qui nous ont empêché de nous baigner plusieurs jours. La plus grosse deception : le quartier. Les photos ne montrent pas les immeubles qui encadrent et surplombent la maison. Des rats traversent le jardin. à noter : - non adaptée aux jeunes enfants : pas de garde-corps aux fenêtres, escalier dangereux. - pas de signature de contrat et 4 semaines pour le renvoi du chèque de caution.

Emplacement idéal, beaucoup d'espace, avec un vrai plus en été : la piscine. Maison ancienne, avec du charme et une âme
