Nestled in the heart of the White Quercy, in a protected natural area, come and enjoy a moment of tranquility in our gîte.

You will be welcomed in a recent detached house with all modern comforts.

A private swimming pool, heated from June to September, secure will allow you to relax and bask on the terrace with a view.

Direct access to hiking trails to explore the charm of this authentic region on foot or by bicycle.

10 minutes from Cahors, city of art and history, the village of Montcuq well known also for its gourmet market without forgetting within an hour's drive, the essential villages of Rocamadour, Autoire and the impressive Padirac chasm.

Je recommande cette location

La maison est spacieuse, confortable pratique avec un salon de jardin et une piscine. Une très belle vue sur les collines environnantes avec les vignes au loin. Le propriétaire nous a réservé un très bon accueil.

Nice gite

nice area to sit outside in all weather. Well equipped.kitchen and enjoy the gas bbq, beds a little uncomfortable and didn’t help with plastic mattresses protects in the heat as couldn’t leave windows open during our stay due to amount of insects, swimming pool welcome but very strange steps so if with children should take care. Inside not enough comfortable sitting area if weather bad outside

Notre séjour dans le lot

Gite confortable très bien équipé, calme et reposant 😀😃😄. Très bon accueil des propriétaires, discrets, entretien de la piscine régulièrement. Nous avons apprécié nos vacances dans le Lot , nous reviendrons sûrement dans cette très belle région 😍

Séjour d'une semaine au calme

Un très bel endroit, au calme. Des propriétaires attentifs à notre bien-être et très accueillants. Je recommande fortement. Ferme de Rybinski (éleveurs bovins/porcs et bouchers/charcutiers pour la viande) à quelques km, domaine de la Garde à quelques centaines de mètres pour le vin (Cahors et Coteaux du Quercy notamment...)

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison. Le lieu est magnifique, au milieu de nulle part.. Un havre de paix ! La maison est très agréable, terrasse et piscine ont fait le bonheur des enfants. Le jardin est bien aménagé. La cuisine est particulièrement bien équipée. Cette maison, avec son jardin clos et sa piscine sécurisée, convient aux enfants. Seul bémol ! Il est un peu compliqué de capter Internet. Se munir d un clé 4G est de bon aloi. Mille mercis à notre hôte qui a été disponible et très soucieuse de notre bien-être.

Zalige vakantie in huis waar alles aanwezig was. Schaduwrijk terras, lounge en zwembad in de zon. Eigenaars die vlakbij wonen, maar toch privacy respecteren en op voorhand verwittigen wanneer het zwembad gereinigd gaat worden. Bedankt

Tranquil Gem!

Thank you Christian and Stephanie for a wonderful stay at your lovely holiday rental. The local area is both tranquil and yet has everything locally one could wish for. Geweldig !

Zeer rustige en nette woning, voorzien van alle comfort en een fantastisch uitzicht waar je 's avonds van een mooie zonsondergang kan genieten. Prachtige omgeving, en heel wat te bezoeken in de buurt . Met dank aan super sympathiek koppel Christian en Stéphanie die altijd klaar staan bij de minste vraag en regelmatig en discreet het zwembad komen onderhouden. Christian & Brigitte.

Superbe endroit au calme

Baignade sous couché de soleil

Himmlische Ruhe und sehr komfortabel!

Wir haben 2 wunderbare Wochen in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Es fehlt an nichts, das Haus in sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet, die Terrasse und der Pool mit Blick nach Südwesten ins Grüne sind einfach bezaubernd. Auch wenn das ein oder andere Gewitter über uns hinweggezogen ist: Es waren herrlich ruhige 2 Wochen in einem exzellenten Ferienhaus in traumhafter Umgebung! Danke auch an die Vermieter für den herzlichen Empfang und das völlig unkomplizierte CheckIn/CheckOut.

Exceptionnel !

Les photos nous ont donner envies d'y aller. Une fois sur place, c'était au delà de nos attentes : vue splendide, décoration de la maison, et surtout un accueil très chaleureux. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour reposant en profitant de la tranquillité, des bons vins et des lieux touristiques situés à moins d'une heure : Rocamadour, le gouffre de Padirac, Cahors, Figeac, Sarlat, les châteaux de la Dordogne .... Nous avons hâte d'y retourner.

Wunderbar - Merveilleux

Wir möchten uns unseren Vorbewertern voll und ganz anschließen, das Ferienhaus ist einfach wunderbar. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, die Betten sehr komfortabel und der Pool mit der großen Terrasse sowie dem schönen Garten runden das Ganze ab. Die Sonnenuntergänge sind atemberaubend. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Cahors. Der Besuch dort auf dem Markt ist lohnenswert. Die Umgebung bietet auch schöne Ausflugsziele. Aber allem voran sind die Vermieter zu nennen: Stephanie und Christian. Sie sind einfach toll! Vielen Dank für die schöne Woche. Wir haben sie sehr genossen.

A great place to enjoy and explore the area

A very comfortable and well equipped holiday home, just like in the description. Great host, who is very responsive to all inquiries. I loved the surroundings, the peacefulness of the place, and the swimming pool, of course :) It is also well located for exploring the region, not far from Cahors.

Un havre de paix tout confort

Nous avons passé une semaine parfaite dans la maison de Christian! Très bien rénovée et décorée avec tout le confort nécessaire et l’équipement même pour des enfants en bas âge ! Christian a tout fait pour que nous soyons bien et que nos vacances se passent à merveilles : disponible et de bons conseils tout en étant très discret ! Großartig!

Wir sind begeistert, alles hat gepasst! Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, schlicht und sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb wohl und "zuhause" gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr (kinder-)freundlich, sympathisch und hilfsbereit, mit Rat und Tat stets zur Seite, falls gewünscht oder nötig. Sie haben uns am Ferienhaus empfangen, was die Schlüsselübergabe sehr unkompliziert machte, da sie auf dem angrenzenden Grundstück wohnen, aber das Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig einsam. Das zum Ferienhaus gehörige Grundstück ist von außen nicht einsehbar, aber groß mit einem tollen Blick über die Landschaft. Ein Badminton-Netz ist aufgebaut und es gibt einen Boule- Platz. Zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten in Dordogne und Périgord braucht man vom Haus aus mindestens eine Stunde mit dem Auto, anderthalb Autostunden sind es nach Toulouse. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es zahlreiche in Cahors, ein kleiner Laden in Labastide-Marnhac hat die nötigsten Lebensmittel für den täglichen Bedarf sowie frisches Brot im Angebot. Er ist außerdem an ein Restaurant angeschlossen, in dem man gut und zu angemessenen Preisen essen kann. Wir werden ganz sicher wiederkommen, denn es war einer unserer schönsten Urlaube hier. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une villa très spacieuse - très pratique et au calme. La villa est entourée d'une nature généreuse et l'accès (sécurisé) à la piscine est très aisé, surtout avec deux petits-enfants. Piscine superbe dans laquelle il fait bon se baigner. Une cuisine bien équipée donne directement sur une splendide terrasse, où l'on peut prendre le petit déjeuner et le repas du soir à l'ombre ou au soleil. Les propriétaires sont tout particulièrement accueillants et très sympathiques. Nous espérons pouvoir y revenir, car nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances dans un cadre merveilleux.

Erholung pur!

Von den Bildern im Internet angelockt, haben wir 3 Wochen in Labastide-Marnhac verbracht. Die Bilder haben nicht gelogen! Wir haben alles sehr schön vorbereitet vorgefunden. Die Übergabe des Hauses verlief völlig problemlos. Die Einrichtung ist umfangreich, geschmackvoll, dabei aber nicht überladen. Bemerkenswert sind die komfortablen Betten. Auch wenn es das Wetter nicht unbedingt immer gut mit uns meinte, haben wir den Aufenthalt genossen. Es bieten sich jederzeit Rückzugsmöglichkeiten um einen Urlaub dort zu genießen. Zudem bieten sich größere und kleinere Ausflüge in die reizvolle Umgebung an. Die Krönung sind aber die Vermieter, Stephanie und Christian. Sie sind vor Ort stets erreichbar, ansonsten aber äußerst diskret. Im Rahmen einer Notlage haben wir Hilfe erfahren, wie sie eigentlich nicht alltäglich ist. Vielen Dank noch einmal auf diesem Weg. Man merkt, dass Familie Bouland nicht einfach vermietet, sondern wirklich mit Herz und Seele bei der Sache ist. Nochmals Grüße aus der Pfalz, Petra und Jürgen
