You will enjoy our SeaSideFarmHouse with its cozy Sea Side Farm House feel. With all new furniture and all new amenities. We have left you wanting nothing. Just sit back and enjoy a glass of wine or a good cup of coffee. Only minutes from one of North Carolina's finest beaches or minutes from strolling downtown Wilmington's famous River Front Boardwalk. Our home is is in the heart of all sorts of restaurants and only minutes from Mayfield. This is a wonderful place to unwind. This 1750 SQ FT home boasts a Downstairs Master with King-size bed and new bath with shower. Two bedrooms upstairs and a second bathroom with a tub/shower combo. All bedrooms have U4 tvs and Living room has Large screen U4 TV. Kitchen is fully equipped to cook anything your heart desires. There is also a charcoal 40 inch grill for your use. Kitchen table seats 6 and an eat at bar that seats 5. The back patio area is there for your total enjoyment equipped with a wall mounted fan for those warmer evenings that you still want to sit outside. This patio area is where the grill is located for your use. The patio table seats 4. This area is fenced in for your privacy.

Wonderful stay

Excellent location and perfect home

This was the perfect spot for our family of 5 to stay for our trip to the Wilmington area. 15 minutes to Wrightsville Beach and 30 minutes to Carolina Beach. Tons of groceries and restaurants just minutes from the house. Quiet neighborhood. Neighborhood pool that we had to ourselves each time we went. We highly recommend this place to anyone and likely will return here again if we come back to the area, which we now plan to do.

UNCW orientation

Very close to the campus, condo is very nicely done. The owners thought of lots of little extras that were nice. Check in was super simple. The other units in the complex were a bit unkempt, but our unit was pristine and super comfortable.

Beach house heaven

We made Randy's beachouse our home base while in Wilmington for a week for a family wedding. We could not have chosen a better place, or a better host. We were near everything - beach, downtown, restaurants, and the wedding venue. Randy was responsive and friendly, and left us lovely arrival gifts. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Would happily stay here again!

Great quiet & cozy location in Wilmington

We are very familiar with Wilmington and have been many times to visit family in the Carolina Beach area. This trip we needed to be close to UNCW for the graduation of my Nephew and for ease of travel for my Father-in-Law. The townhouse was a great central location for easy access to the University, All Beaches, Shopping, Restaurants, and Downtown. It was also nice and quiet for resting after an eventful day! Super clean and cozy and look forward to visiting again!

Lovely home

First thing that stood out to me was the cleanliness and neatness of the property. Everything was organized, easy to find and CLEAN! The family enjoyed the decor. Some loved the beach setting, while others enjoyed the country touch. Overall, everyone was satisfied and enjoyed themselves. Parking was difficult at times as the lines have faded and we couldn't see them well when it was dark but thats not something that can be resolved by the owners. Checking in and out of the property was simple and the instructions were easy to understand. Loved the gifts and the provided guide to the area. Owners were quick to respond with any questions we had too. Will definitely come back here if we're ever in the area.

Spring break get-away

We were in Wilmington to look at a wedding venue for my daughter’s wedding in November. Sea Side Farm House was in the perfect location, halfway between Wrightsville beach and downtown Wilmington. The house was well taken care of and the owners provided all of the necessities and little extras that made you feel very welcomed. It was very comfortable for my husband and three of our adult children. We would highly recommend this property.

Perfect Space, Beautiful Place

This was the perfect place for our family of four adults and "almost" adult. Just a few miles to Downtown Riverwalk and a few miles to the beaches. Wilmington was BEAUTIFUL!! The house was clean, comfortable, and in a cute community. Thanks for making our firat trip to North Carolina one to remember! The sweet gifts were much appreciated.

Definitely a Beauty

This home is one of the cleanest, loveliest homes we've ever stayed in. We are picky about beds and loved the bed in the master. The host thought of everything and more, including extra toiletries, tons of towels and blankets, extra spices in pantry, tea, coffee, etc....it was just about perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay. Great property. Great location close to lots! The condo was well decorated and very clean. We had everything we needed while there. The owners are very responsive, easy to work with and thought of every detail in making guests feel comfortable by supplying the house with everything you would need. We will be back for sure.

Quick trip to Wilmington

We needed a place to stay for a quick trip to Wilmington. This place was perfect! My daughter was excited to have her own room and bathroom. There was plenty of space for us. The pool was an added bonus!!

Family trip

We overall satisfied with our stay at Seaside Farmhouse. The pictures and descriptions on the listing were accurate and we had no issues with the stay. Communication was good with the property owner and any and alll questions we had were answered. The property was clean and well maintained. The only thing that we could say is bring extra laundry items if you plan on doing some laundry during your stay and probably extra toilet paper if you have a group or family with you. The location was conveniently located near the beaches and downtown and we would come back and stay again!

Great place and great location

The townhome had everything we needed for our stay, including linens, towels, bath tissue, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent. There were also nice touches beyond what was needed, like a bottle of wine and K cups for the coffee maker. The house was very clean and comfortable, and it was close to several restaurants, downtown, and beaches. We would definitely stay again.

Very clean, well appointed with all the details. Lovely farmhouse decor. We were in town for a race at Brunswick Nature Park. Great for 2 couples with 2 floors for privacy. Good communication with owner when a couple of questions came up.

Perfect spot

This place was great!! It was so close to everything we needed and only ~10-15 from the beach. It was in a quaint neighborhood and everyone was very respectful of one another. The home was beautifully maintained and it’s clear the owners put a lot of thought into what would make guests feel welcome there. Highly recommend.

High school girl friends for 54 years vacation

Very nice townhouse. Room for all of us. We had a wonderful time. Suggestion to maybe had more comfortable chairs in the living room. But of course we missed our own recliners at home lol being over 60 yrs old group. Lol. And supply more paper products with five of us for a week. Over all things were wonderful
