Erholung pur

Das kleine charmante Haus liegt direkt am Strand. Die Lage ist ein Traum.Das Haus selbst ist einfach, aber mit wirklich allem, ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit dort.

Wundervoll

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in dem kleinen Häuschen. Sie ist perfekt ausgestattet und sehr sauber. In der Küche ist alles da, was man benötigt. Die Betten sind bequem. Es ist unglaublich, dass man aus dem Haus direkt das Meer sieht und nur aus dem Garten Törchen raus muss und am Strand steht.

Un endroit parfait pour notre famille ! Calme, propre et super fonctionnel ! L’accès direct à la plage est incomparable ! Belle plage de sable fin propre et peu fréquentée (fin juin) ! À refaire sans aucun doute !

Wunderschön Lage direkt am Meer!!!

Haus liegt perfekt in erster Reihe direkt am Meer! Wir haben jeden Tag auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer genossen. Das Haus ist mit allem sehr gut ausgestattet, einfach nur ankommen und wohlfühlen! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder….

Calm and quiet, Perfect Location for a short breakaway in the off-Season

We enjoyed the location very much, perfect sunsets to be watched from a private beach property. Very well equipped kitchen(nespresso machine)and house (Netflix). Everything clean and welk maintained. Thank you for a perfect stay.

So relaxing

The property was everything we hoped for. Comfortable, well equipped and in a beautiful location. The directions were very accurate and the check-in was very smooth and welcoming. Olivier checked in with us occasionally to ensure we had everything we needed and to pass on information about the local area, etc . We are looking forward to a return trip!

Strandwoning in Grau d'Agde september 2020

De realiteit overtreft de verwachtingen. Een fantastische ligging in de duinen met toegang tot het strand via 6 trapjes. Bungalow heeft alle voorzieningen, meest gebruikte kamer is het terras met prachtig zicht op zee. Aanganaam onthaal door de eigenaar, heel fijne buren. Halfuurtje wandelen naar Grau via de weg. Enige nadeel: is al verhuurd voor volgend jaar, iets gelijkaardigs is quasi onvindbaar in de buurt.

Sehr erholsam an einzigartiger Lage

Wir haben das Haus am Meer sehr genossen. Es ist super ausgestattet besonders Küchenartikel. Sehr sauber und nett eingerichtet, sogar ARTE Deutsch. Der Vermieter ist unkompliziert und sehr nett. Da wegen Covid die Anreise unklar war, hat man es uns bis zu letzt überlassen, ob wir noch stornieren wollen ohne Gebühr. Hochachtung.

Super "Pieds dans l'eau"!

Nous avons apprecié le calme et la situation directement à la plage.... Le bungalow est compact, mais amplement suffisant, vu que la vie se passe principalement à l'extérieur sur la belle terrasse couverte. L'intérieur est aménagé avec goût et l'équipement très complet. Les voisins et le propriétaire sont très sympathiques. Que veut-on de plus? A recommander sans aucune réserve...

Entspannter Pfingsturlaub am Strand

Tolle Lage und eine problemlose Anmietung. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr nett eingerichtet und entspricht vollends der Beschreibung. Der Strand ist nicht sehr überlaufen und das Meer wird nur langsam tiefer und ist auch für kleinere Kinder geeignet. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Sehr bequem war die Hängematte... Der Vermieter war sehr reaktiv und hilfsbereit. Auch die Nachbarn sind sehr nett und immer für einen Plausch zu haben. Jederzeit wieder.

Sehr entspannend & ruhig mit toller Lage!

Die Lage ist fantastisch und wie beschrieben. Das Häusschen ist im Wohn-/Essbereich geräumig und im Vergleich zu vielen anderen Ferienhäusern die wir in der Vergangeheit gemietet hatten sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist wirklich an alles gedacht. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind klein aber erfüllen ihren Zweck. Die Abwicklung (Check In/Out) funktionierte reibungslos. Wir würden wieder kommen!

Very nice location! Very nice people!

Haus ist sehr gediegen eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts! Das Grundstück hat eine exzellente Lage direkt am Strand, besser geht kaum! Die Vermieter sind ausserdem sehr nett! Kann nur weiterempfohlen werden!

Just the perfect spot

The house directly on the beach is the perfect location for a nice holiday. In our case we were even alone on the whole site, so no disturbance whatsoever!

Merveilleux séjour dans un cadre Idyllique

Que dire de ces merveilleuses vacances avec ce cadre fabuleux... La maison est très bien conçue, très bien équipée avec une vue somptueuse (et même mieux que sur le photos)... Nos hôtes ont été très agréables, très serviables et la communication s'est toujours parfaitement bien passée !!! Nous reviendrons, c'est une certitude !!! Merci et à très vite

Vacances de rêve

L'appartement est fonctionnel, confortable, la terrasse exceptionnelle. On prend les repas face à la mer. Envie d'un bain ? il n'y a qu'à courir à la plage, l'accès est direct. La situation est excellente : pas trop loin du centre mais suffisamment pour bénéficier du calme.
