Sablaise house 15 minutes walk from the beach of the embankment

House of "sinner" with a large garden for young and old not overlooked, sunny all day, quiet, fully equipped ..
The house is 15 minutes walk from the beach embankment and downtown.

This house consists of a living room of 32m2 with living room and open kitchen equipped table chairs (gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and all small appliances that make life on holiday, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and LA Nespresso ;-)
Side living room, 2 sofas, coffee table, TV corner, WIFI and a stove for the winter

1 bathroom with Italian shower washbasin and wc.
1 large room of about 16m2 with 1 bed 160, TV, and office area.
1 bedroom of about 13m2 with 2 beds of 90 and corner office (for holiday homework)
1 outbuilding of about 18m2 with 1 bed 140 with sink shower And sheltered terrace overlooking the garden.
1 outside toilet.

Vacances très agréables, dans cette belle location, très pratique pour deux couples. Les améliorations du jardin que du bonheur. A une autre fois dans quelques mois.

Lieu agréable et bien agencé

Maison et indépendance très bien faites Proche marché pas trop loin de la plage! Mais pour une personne âgée trop loin a pieds! Ms pr une famille vraiment bien.

Enfin des vacances

Très agréable maison, avec son jardin clos, vraiment bien équipée, la literie est de bonne qualité. La maison est en dehors de la foule, c'est un quartier calme il faut 15 minutes pour se rendre à la plage en marchant. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir rapidement passer des vacances.

a refaire, sans hésiter

excellente prise en charge et explications. Le logement est grand, fonctionnel avec une chambre privée un peu isolée (pratique). Le jardin est superbe et très bien entretenu. la literie est confortable et les pièces sont toutes très bien isolées. Excellente connexion wifi. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir les yeux fermés.

Séjour agréable, mais intendance à améliorer

Cadre agréable et calme, plain pied très appréciable avec de jeunes enfants, plage à 20 mn à pied avec petites jambes, propriétaires accueillants, superbe jardin, excellent lit en 160, pas de problème de parking extérieur en plein mois d'août, mais quelques améliorations à prévoir : - côté cuisine (gazinière et réfrigérateur vétustes, vaisselle insuffisante surtout pour la cuisson) - raccordement satellite aléatoire, - bouteilles de gaz à changer, déclenchement d'alarme du détecteur de fumée en pleine nuit dû à la nécessité de changer les piles, - lit en 140 trop mou, - nécessité d'un service de linge de maison (draps, serviettes) à proposer Globalement quand même satisfaits.
