On the 1st level: Open terrace (8 m²) facing south, view of the rooftops facing the lake with shade cloth, garden table and chairs - Fitted kitchen open to the living room (fridge / freezer - 2-burner ceramic hob - extractor hood - oven - microwave - dishwasher) - Main room with fixed sofa, television, home cinema and fans - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200) - Shower room with jet shower, fan heater and washing machine - Separate toilet.
Upstairs: 1 large mezzanine bedroom under the roof with 1 double bed (160 x 200), 1 extra single bed (90), 2 windows with shutter, blackout curtain and large wardrobe.

Household and bathroom linen not provided - Mandatory cleaning fee at the price of €55 - Deposit: €500 - Paying tennis: €6 / hour - Paying swimming pool: Adults and teenagers from 13 to 17 years old: €5 / day - children from 6 to 12 years old: €3 / day - Swimming pool open from June 1 to September 15 - Pets allowed (supplement of €20).
