Very pleasant, quiet villa with private, secure swimming pool
Go walk to the discovery of fauna and flora, or drive to the beaches or the center of Montpellier (20 minutes)
Located on the edge of the pond of Gold, Natura 2000 site, the village of Candillargues is very quiet, even in summer. There is no traffic. You can watch birds, bulls and Camargue horses starting on foot from the house.
Not far: The beaches of Palavas, the Grande Motte and Grau du Roi.
Montpellier 20mn, 30mn Aigues-Mortes, Nimes 35mn.
-The main entrance opens onto a large living room of 55 m2, kitchen and veranda facing the pool.
1 bedroom on the ground floor with 1 double bed. 3 bedrooms upstairs with double beds, including 1 master suite with dressing room and bathroom. Another bathroom with tub.
-Entrée independent on a F2, a room on the floor (2 beds), room of bath and 2 single beds downstairs.
