Getting fully settled in won't be a problem in this home away from home with 1302 square feet of cozy living space, featuring tropical décor and comfortable furnishings that will ensure a peaceful stay. The condo has a master bedroom suite with a king bed and 2 guest bedrooms. One guest bedroom features two full beds. The second guest bedroom provides a cozy queen bed. Additionally, a sleeper sofa in the living room allows for extra sleeping space so that everyone can fully recharge after each day of adventure. The master bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower and plenty of cabinet space. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo and is accessible from the hall or the guest bedroom.

* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.
* PARKING: MAXIMUM of 1 vehicle per unit/per reservation allowed in the gated parking lot, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. Additional parking available on a first come first serve basis outside the gated parking lot. Inside the condo (kitchen counter) you will find one (1) remote control to use for access to the gated parking lot. Please notify us immediately upon check-in if gate remote is not in the condo. Please remember to return the gate remote control when you checkout or $100 replacement fee will apply if not returned. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.
