Our house all wood has been completely renovated by an architect in 2013 with design materials. The house on one level is spacious (180 m2) and has a special charm.
Quiet on a large planted ground, protected from the wind and sunny, it is 2 minutes walk from a lovely sandy beach where swimming and shore fishing are practiced easily.

The decor is trendy and comfortable: large living room of 60 m2, open kitchen. The piece southwest opens onto a huge teak terrace of 70 m2 with garden furniture, sunbathing, barbecue.
4 bedrooms (3 with beds 2 places and 1 with 2 beds 1 place), 2 bathrooms (bath and walk-in showers), 2 WC.
TV TNT, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, Internet, WiFi
All shops and markets are nearby. Nice market 4 times a week in season.
Activities available: tennis, sailing, horse riding, golf, casino.
You can easily leave your car during your stay!
Near Mont Saint-Michel, the Channel Islands and the Normandy landing beaches, our small resort is one of the most popular in the region.

Schöner Aufenthalt in der Normandie
In diesem Sommer konnten wir zwei Wochen in diesem schönen Haus verbringen - vielen Dank an die Gastgeberin. Das Haus entspricht vollständig der Beschreibung und ist sehr günstig gelegen zum Stand und zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Es ist gut ausgestattet und bietet viel Platz, darüber hinaus ist es persönlich und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Wetter gestaltete sich wechselhaft, von Hitze bis Regen war alles dabei. Insgesamt eine entspannte Ferienregion, wir kommen gerne noch einmal an diesen Ort. Merci pour deux semaines dans cette belle maison!

Maison fonctionnelle et bien décorée, l'emplacement est au calme et proche de la mer, la propreté est passable ( beaucoup de poussière et containers poubelle non nettoyés, ) la personne qui accueille n'est pas agréable elle fait son "job"le séjour fût néanmoins agréable.

Wunderbarer Ort um Familien-Ferien zu geniessen
Die Unterkunft eignet sich wirklich, um herrliche, ruhige Familienferien zu geniessen. Das Meer ist nur unweit weg und zu Fuss gut zu erreichen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Räume sehr grosszügig. Der Empfang durch die Person, welche die Unterkunft betreut, ist nicht so, dass man mit offenen Armen empfangen wird. Die Kaution von Euro 500.-- muss BAR und ohne "Quittung" hinterlegt werden. Die Bettwäsche mussten wir ebenfalls noch separat begleichen. Wenn es nicht so weit wäre von der Schweiz würden wir sicher wiederkommen.

Nous avons passé un agréable week-end dans cette magnifique maison. La grande terrasse et le jardin sont appréciables. Idéalement située (plage, commerce, promenade) nous avons fait tout nos trajets à pieds.

Agréable séjour passé a coutainville dans cette maison sympatique Lumineuse et bien décoré. Bon emplacement au calme et proche de la mer. Seul petit bémol drap et serviettes fournies en supplément .

Tolle Normandie-Ferien in komfortablem Ferienhaus nahe Strand
Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem komfortablen Ferienhaus zwischen Mont St.Michel und Cap de la Hague. Es gibt genügend Platz im Haus und im Garten für 2 Familien. Der Gartenbereich ist komplett umzäunt und windgeschützt. Der nächste Strandzugang ist gerade mal 4min.zu Fuß entfernt. Alles, was man braucht ist vorhanden. Der Ort ist beschaulich und ruhig, auch in der Hochsaison waren nur wenige Touristen dort. Bäckerei, Wochenmarkt, Fischladen, Restaurants,Supermarkt...alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben fast jeden Tag Austern oder Muscheln gegessen, die hier an Frische und Preis unschlagbar sind! Es gibt eine kilometerlange Strandpromenade, die im Norden und Süden in große Naturschutzgebiete mündet, wo man schön durch Dünen und Watt wandern kann.Beachten sollte man nur, dass bei Ebbe das Meer zu weit entfernt ist, um mal kurz darin zu baden. Sollten wir mal wieder in die Normandie fahren, werden wir sicher wieder hierherkommen!

traumhafte Ferien in der Normandie
Wir (zwei Familien mit je zwei Kindern) hatten wundervolle Ferien in diesem tollen Ferienhaus. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war problemlos und sehr sehr freundlich. Das Haus ist super eingerichtet und dank der zwei seperaten Toiletten sehr Familienfreundlich. Die Küche ist super zum Kochen und der Wohnbereich gemütlich und kommuniktaiv zugleich. Ob knalliger Sonnenschein oder normanischer Regen (den wir sehr sehr selten hatten) - es gab es immer für alle ein gemütliches Plätzchen. Der Ort bietet alles, was das Herz im Urlaub begehrt - vor allem kulinarisch sind da keine Grenzen gesetzt. Es gibt Bäcker, Fleischer, Fische, 3x die Woche einen Wochenmarkt.... . Innerhalb von 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Meer, ein toller Strand und bei der bemerkenswerten Ebbe ein Paradies zum Muschelnernten. Von dem Ort aus ist man schnell an sich lohnenden Ausflugszielen, allen vorran natürlich Mont Saint Michel (ca. 1,3h mit dem Auto oder 3h mit dem Rennrad), der Hafenstadt Grainvill, die Burg in Piro (nur 8 km) oder etwas weiter die Landungsstrände. Vielen Dank für diese tollen Ferien :-)

Sehr nettes Haus in schöner Lage
Ein sehr nettes Haus mit einem großen nicht einsehbaren Garten. Die Austattung ist gut und wir haben insbesondere die Riesen-Terrasse mit Süd-West-Ausrichtung genossen. Die Lage ist toll. Man braucht zu Fuß nur 5 Minuten bis zum Strand und auch Bäcker/Eisdiele/Feinkost/Restaurants/Markt sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Trotzdem sehr ruhig und praktisch kein Verkehr.
