Apartment ideally located in the city center, 200m from the beach.
On the third floor, with elevator, a quiet building it consists of a living room with a new sofa (140x190 bed) with a balcony, a bedroom with balcony, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine), a bathroom with walk-in shower, a separate toilet and a dressing room.
Linen provided (sheets and towels) Free Internet, cot on request, beach equipment provided (umbrellas, mats, children's games)
Very bright, windows (double glazing) with open mountain views. The street parking is not paid (possibility to rent an extra in parking).
You will have all the amenities in the neighborhood: supermarket opposite, restaurants, ice cream parlors and shops. For your children, squares are nearby as well as a recreational park (Koaland)
Enjoy the good life Mentonnaise, casino, gardens, on the eve of town, typical Provençal market, the old harbor, the pedestrian street, walks on the promenade of the sun.

Très bon séjour

L’appartement est idéalement situé à 2 minutes à pied de la plage et à 5 minutes de l’hypercentre. Un Carrefour City est juste à côté. Le logement est propre et dispose de tout le nécessaire. La communication avec les propriétaires est très bonne.

Perfect location to everything...

Beautiful views from the balcony, every amenity you could possibly think of. Right beside cartefour, beach a 2 min walk, Mikeal kindly provided parking for our entire stay for a decent fee. I was sad to leave menton and the cote d'azur, but will deffo be back ♥️🇫🇷💙

Sehr schöne Umgebung und tolle Gastgeber

Der Gastgeber ist unglaublich nett gewesen, er hat uns in allen Bereichen geholfen und unterstützt, die Wohnung entsprechend unseren Wünschen was Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Lage entsprochen. Obwohl wir kurz vor Sonnenaufgang angekommen ist, der Gastgeber hat uns sofort in die Wohnung mitgeführt und alle Details erklärt. Der Aufenthalt war wunderschön, Carrefour Einkaufzentrum gegenüber der Eingangstür, Busstation 200 meter entfernt, ein sehr schöner Strand maximal 250 meter Entfernung. Die Gastgeberfreundlichkeit hat uns am meistens gefallen und empfehlen wir am wärmsten für jemanden, der auf der Suche nach schönen und ruhigen Tagen am Ufer der Meer ist. Nochmals vielen Dank für Ihre Freundlichkeit und Bereitschaft liebe Gastgeber!

super appartement. Très bien situé dans menton Très bien équipé. Confortable. Spacieux. La situation est aussi inintéressante , proche de la gare sncf et de la gare routière.Parfait pour visiter les environs sans prendre de voiture car le stationnement est difficile. Nous nous somme rendu dans plusieurs villes au moyen de bus et de train pour des sommes modiques. Sa situation est aussi proche de la mer avec une plage a 250 mètres. Facile d'y aller a pied. De plus pour les achat alimentaires un Carrefour express edt situé juste en bas de l'immeuble. JE RECOMMANDE CET APPARTEMENT car nous y avons passé un superbe sejour. Merci a nos loueurs.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben ein sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Menton gehabt. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön, sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Vermieterpärchen war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sogar für die erste warme Mahlzeit, das Frühstück und ein Begrüßungsgetränk wurde gesorgt. Die Kommunikation war schnell und unkompliziert. Der einzige Nachteil war die Hauptstraße die etwas zu laut war, jedoch kann ich es nicht als negativ bewerten da die Lage der Wohnung sehr zentral ist. Zwei Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand und Promenade sowie zehn Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Mitten in Menton

Mikael war sehr flexibel, freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung liegt super zentral und hat alles, was man braucht. Leider ist die Straße, zu der der Balkon geht, ziemlich stark befahren, aber ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Appartement agréable et idéalement situé !

Nous avons passé une quinzaine de jours dans cet appartement très bien équipé et très bien situé : proximité de la plage ,du centre ville ,de tous les moyens de transport : les bus , la gare SNCF ( voiture inutile durant notre séjour !) L’équipement ménager est très complet :lave linge , lave vaisselle ! L’immeuble est très calme et bien tenu .Les propriétaires ont été très disponibles . Merci.

OTTIMO ALLOGGIO e MARIE e MIKAEL molto disponibili

Ottima esperienza. Fantastica posizione: vicinissimo al mare ed a supernercato Carrefour . Possibilità di parcheggio a 100 mt . I proprietari molto disponibili. Consigliamo installazione di aria condizionata perchè lasciando le finestre aperte vi è molto rumore, anche di notte. Cuscini un pò scomodi.

Tutto corrisponde a quanto inserito nell'annuncio. Per questo prezzo non si può chiedere di più. Tutto funziona, c'è molta luce, un wc con finestra, una cucina con finestra, condominio molto tranquillo, piccolo supermercato tranquillo a pochi passi dal portone. Bel paesaggio dalla finestra di camera e da quella del soggiorno.
