Completely renovated house welcomes you for your seaside holiday in the Pays des abers.
Ideally located 100 m from the beach, it will seduce you with its functionality, its modern decoration and its quality finishes.

The ground floor is composed of a large and bright living room, the fully equipped kitchen is open to the dining area and the living room.
Modern bathroom (Italian shower) and WC.

Upstairs: a child's bedroom with 2 single beds (which can be doubled), a bedroom for 2 people and a master bedroom with shower and basin open onto the bedroom.
The two adult bedrooms have a sea view.

We provide you with bikes, kayaks, board games, trampoline and beach games.
For light travel, the beds are made upon arrival. Bathroom linen and everything necessary for the youngest (bed, freestanding bathtub, cane stroller, high chair) are included in the rental.
For gourmets, you will find everything you need to prepare small dishes (blender, Kitchen Aid artisan, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine).

Lovely House in St Pabu

This is an extremely well-appointed modern house and decorated to a good standard with many appliances. Fabienne was extremely helpful and quickly answered any questions. She visited us when we arrived to show us how things worked in the house. There were many toys, as well as bikes and a kayak. There is a level lawn with an area for sitting outside which gets the sun morning and evening. It is very close to a delightful beach. The village is quiet but has a shop. We had a lovely stay and were sad to leave.

Ein Traum von einem Haus und eine wunderschöne Gegend 😍

Alles war einfach wundervoll!! Das Haus von Fabienne ist super schön, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Wir waren schon in vielen Ferienhäusern, aber hatten noch nie so eine tolle Ausstattung, angefangen in der Küche mit allen vorstellbaren Küchengeräten, ein wunderschöner Garten mit Trampolin, Tischtennisplatte (viel & gerne genutzt!), Fahrräder, Kanu, Tischkicker, etc. Saint Pabu hat wunderschöne Strände, am liebsten war uns der Plage de Beninguet 2 min zu Fuß vom Haus und der Plage Korn ar Gazel. Saint Pabu ist sehr ruhig, aber uns hat das nicht gestört, wir haben viele Ausflüge an der Küste entlang gemacht, für uns war es ein perfekter, sehr erholsamer Urlaub ☀️☀️☀️ Persönliche Begrüßung durch Fabienne und ihren Mann, ein Willkommensgeschenk und bei Fragen immer umgehend eine Antwort erhalten! Wir empfehlen das Haus zu 100% weiter, wenn man einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub verbringen möchte! Danke Fabienne für die schöne Zeit in eurem Haus ❤️

2 Wochen beste Erholung

Wir waren im Mai für zwei Wochen dort und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Für zwei ist das Haus fast zu groß aber es fehlte uns an nichts. Das Kanu haben wir nutzen können was uns viel Spaß gemacht hat. Die Gastgeberin ist super nett. Der Standort ist ideal um die Côte des Abers ausgiebig zu erkunden. Zum Baden sind es 5 min Fußweg. Alles in allem eine Empfehlung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super gîte dans une très belle région

Le gîte était vraiment super: très bien équipé, confortable, spacieux, rien à redire! Les jeunes ont apprécié le trampoline et le babyfoot. Le kayak était vraiment sympa pour découvrir l'aber et aller chercher des fruits de mer au vivier de l'autre côté de l'aber. L'accueil de Mme Leborgne s'est très bien passé, aucun souci niveau communication non plus! La région n'est pas trop touristique, mais vraiment magnifique. Il y a un petit supermarché ouvert tous les jours à 600m du gîte, avec dépôt de pain, ce qui est très pratique. En bref, on a adoré!

Schön gelegen mit Defiziten

Die Vermieterin ist sehr symphatisch und hat immer schnell auf Fragen geantwortet. Die Lage des Hauses in zweiter Reihe am Aber ist wirklich toll. Der Blick aus allen Fenstern Richtung Aber ist toll und ebenso der fußläufig erreichbare Strand, besonders bei Ebbe. Im Ort gibt es nur einen Proxi, keinen Bäcker. Das Brot ist okay. Das Haus war gut gereinigt bis auf die Küchenschränke. Der Kühlschrank schliesst nicht richtig, dadurch hat sich an der Tür Schimmel gebildet. Es wurde viel renoviert und die Einrichtung ist schön. Leider gibt es im Erdgeschoss nur einen Pelletofen zum Heizen, die anderen Heizkörper sind deaktiviert. Es dauert sehr lange bis das Haus aufgeheizt ist aufgrund des Kellers. Das untere Bad konnte von uns nicht genutzt werden da es ein Abwasser Geruchs Problem gab. Das obere Bad ist gut , die Dusche hat einen guten Wasserdruck und es gibt einen Handtuchheizkörper. Eine Toilette gibt es jedoch nur unten. Während unseres Aufenthaltes roch es im Erdgeschoss stark chlorig chemisch was wir als sehr störend empfanden. Die Waschmaschine und der Trockner befinden sich im Keller. Die Waschmaschine ist sehr alt, funktioniert aber. Einen Wäscheständer gibt es leider nicht, nur eine Wäscheleine. Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Alle Schlafzimmer sind schön mit guten Matratzen.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la semaine passée dans cette maison confortable, parfaitement équipée (il ne manque rien) et agréablement décorée. Nos ados ont bien profité du baby-foot et des fléchettes, ainsi que du kayak. Point important à nos yeux, les lits étaient très confortables. La propriétaire nous a même mis à disposition l’imprimante dont nous avions besoin pour notre fille (encore merci!). Le coin est beau, loin de la foule, et les plages superbes. Nous recommandons chaudement cette location.

Magnifiques vacances

Nous venons de séjourner 2 semaines dans cette location en tous points conforme à l’annonce, et même plus. Nous avons ete très bien accueillis à notre arrivée par les propriétaires qui sont sympathiques et disponibles. La maison est parfaitement équipée et dotée d’une très bonne literie. Vue magnifique sur l’ocean en ouvrant les velux des chambres le matin. Le quartier est très calme et très belle plage accessible à pieds. Il ne manque rien à cette maison parfaitement entretenue (y compris les extérieurs) et décorée avec goût dans laquelle on se sent bien avec ou sans beau temps. Nous la recommandons sans hésitation et espérons y revenir.

Un excellent séjour

La maison est vraiment bien située, proche de l'océan, du GR34, ce qui permet de nombreuses activités. De plus, les propriétaires mettent à disposition vélos et canoé. La maison est totalement équipée (équipement récent), très propre, "comme à la maison", ce qui est très appréciable. Les propriétaires nous ont très bien accueillis (visite de la maison, recommandations sur les activités, les commerces). Nous recommandons vivement un séjour chez eux.

Superbes Vacances

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans cette maison qui est spacieuse et confortable ou rien ne manque et idéalement située ! La région et ces alentours sont magnifiques, plages de sable blanc à proximité immédiate, calmes et propres.. un réel bonheur ! "on pourrait même se croire dans les Caraïbes" ! Nous y reviendrons ça c'est sûr et avec grand plaisir !!

Het mooiste huisje in Bretagne voor rust

Alles is in het huis aanwezig. Op elk detail is gelet. Hele warme en vriendelijke mensen. Prachtig uitzicht op de Aber Benoit Baai. Goed voor eindeloze wandelingen in het avond licht als de zon in de zee zakt. Echt aan te raden!

UNE SUPERBE SEMAINE

La maison est idéalement placée à deux pas de la plage. très fonctionnelle et hyper bien équipée (velos, kayak, trampoline pour les enfants, etc etc ...), nous n'avons manqué de rien pendant cette semaine idyllique. Les propriétaires sont charmants: lors de notre départ, comme il n'y avait personne après nous, ils nous ont permis de rester trainer un peu et profiter jusqu'au bout de cet endroit de rêve.

Sehr gepflegtes Haus und schöner Garten in sehr ruhiger Lage. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wunderschöne Strände in kurzer Entfernung. Wir haben hier sehr schöne 14 Tage erleben dürfen.

Wie zu Hause

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in diesem tollen Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und sauber. In der schönen, modernen Küche ist alles vorhanden was man sich wünscht. Auf der Terrasse gibt es ausreichend Stühle, einen großen Sonnenschirm und einen großen Tisch. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Bei unserer Ankunft stand eine Flasche Cidre, Gebäck und eine kleine bretonische Spezialität für uns bereit. Die Vermieterin , wie auch ihr Ehemann sind sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Die Fahrräder und das Kajak haben uns viel Abwechslung gebracht. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es einige wunderschöne Strände, an denen man sehr viel Platz für sich hat. Für uns war es der perfekte Urlaub !
